Maan in a dilemma
Geet-Hui Sabse Parayi on STAR One has reached a point where Maan (Gurmeet Chaudhry) is in a dilemma whether he should break Geet's (Drashti Dhami) fast during the Teej celebrations, even though he does not treat her as his wife. Yesterday's episode saw the family trying to convince Maan about Geet, but he refused to relent.
A StarOne.in source discloses, "In tonight's episode, Maan will be determined not to break Geet's fast, as he does not want to give her false hopes that he has accepted her as his wife. Geet will announce that she will not eat or drink anything till Maan breaks her fast. Dev will inform Maan about Geet's decision, after which he will leave the house in his car and drive to a lonely spot. Dev and Nandini will come up with a plan to force Maan to agree to break Geet's fast. Naintara will overhear this conversation, and make a plan of her own."
A confused Maan aka Gurmeet Chaudhry says, "Dadi and Dev want me to break Geet's fast, but how can I do so when I haven't accepted her as my wife? I will not be able to complete this ritual, no matter what. Everyone is forcing me, and this is something I am not ready to do. I went along with their ideas and plans, but this is too much."
Dev aka Samir Sharma adds, "Bro is upset with Geet, and is refusing to break her fast. I can only imagine how much pain she is going through. I tried to speak to bro, but he is not ready to change his decision. Nevertheless, Nandini and I have come up with a plan, and I just hope it works in Geet's favour."
Speaking about how couples should support each other during tough times, Gurmeet says, "I believe that couples should stand by and encourage each other when one partner is going through a low phase. I remember how my wife Debina supported me during my days as a struggler, and I am extremely thankful to her for that."
