Just dance - its biggest shortcoming ?

I expected a lot from the show .. but it has turned out to be seriously disappointing ...

Right from the selection of the top 12 contestants , to the choreography , and the judging , nothing has been upto the mark ..

Some contestants are really getting the short end of the stick when it comes to the choreography ...

like KP's bhangra .. I mean what the hell was all that about ? it was over before u knew it ... I was like .. "huh , thats it ? " ... and why doesnt he get any dances with a concept in it ? like some others do ?

tbh , KP is not really one of my favs but i do feel a bit sorry for him ..

The level of choreography in general is poor ... first they should bring in better choroegraphers ..

anyone watched this show called chak dhoom dhoom on colors ? ... it was a dance comp for kids ? ... the dances were really good ! very attractive , engaging and fun to watch . i think bosco-caesar choreographed a lot of the stuff ..

I have never been a DID regular .. but from whatever I have seen ... the routines were much better than JD ..

I am already a bit bored with this show .. was flipping channels during some of the dances yesterday .. the moves were so .. haphazard .. laymen who arent that enthu about dance shows in the first place (like my mom ) would easily get bored with whatever they are showing in JD currently ..

I totally agree,really dissappointed and bored.Don't understand why some get good concepts and others don't,should be equal for all contestants but their seems to be partially going on.
Karan P always gets a very short time to do his performances everyone should get equal amount of time to do their performances...such a great dancer like Karan P in the bottom 3 cos the choreography didn't do him any justice and also Abhash...don't make no sense

Mehar got a good emotional concept yesterday but her dance in my opinion wasn't great but she's still in the safe zone

Rajit a great dancer but yesterday he was not up to the mark ,surprised that he is in the safe zone too should have been in the bottom 3 yesterday.

Shoumita's dance was similiar to that of last week,she did a good job but nothing wow.If the judges found Abhash repetitive than Shoumita was too how come the judges didn't see that?

i donnu what the judges r thinking... Meher is so repetitive and so is shoumita and still Abhash is in bottom 3 becuz he chose something safe?

And karan P's act was choreographed very poor and bhangra is not at all suitable for such dance talent shows.

Absolutely agree on that!

I would say the show does NOT have the world's best dancers. Infact, they're the weakest.

Chak Dhoom Dhoom season 1 was fantastic. I mean, the level of dancing risen in that show was so high, these biggies can't even do what those kids did. And the amount of dishonesty shown by the JD judges in the show, God, when the contestants suck, tell them they suck, dont suck it up yourself!

Their dances end before they even begin.

The show has lost its charm already!

😆 ... oh i watched only season 1 ... absolutely luvd it !!!! piyush , sparsh , sanjana etc ..each one unique in their own way .. everyone had their moments where they stood out..

still remember some of their dances .. bosco-caesar did a fab job .. they are really underrated in b'wood ...

absolutely agree. it really sounds weird , KSP doing bhangra when the competition is high. 😕 and Ankan's blind act also back fired. dont know if contestant chose the concept or their choreographers.. if ankan/ksp goes to bottom three, doesnt mean the they are not good, but what went wrong here is the choreo and conceptualization their talents are absolutely ruined with bad concept and poor choreo 👎🏼
