Gopi learning to read pt3 page two

lets go back abit, Gopi has been in love with Aham from day one and after kinjal told her about anita gopi was adamant not to marry aham but due to urmi kalakari she married.
I have always wanted Gopi to learn to read n write but we have a major obstacle coming up and it wont be just Gopi that will be hurt so will Aham but it might be too late because gopi will have gone. kokila will say she was right about not letting gopi learn to read n write.
We are coming back to the letter that urmi read to gopi.

A little os

Gopi will be devastated to learn what was really written in that letter, she has flashbacks where kokila is advising her not to follow her sister blindly , there is a confrontation one with urmilla n rashi n then kokila. urmilla and rashis kalakaris all out in the open which was fab n then kokila gopi telling her she loves her as a mother but what she did to aham by not letting him marry the one he loves was wrong of her. Then she walks out of mm.
Aham walks in seeing everyone standing there he pays his respects n goes looking for Gopi who is no where to be found, Aham goes back into his room n finds the letter on his bed, he reads it, he has a flashback when he slapped Gopi with tears in his eyes why why did i slap her. He runs down everyone is still there shocked, Aham goes up to kokila, mom wheres Gopi, she looks at him gopi has gone, aham looks at her with tears, gone where ? then kokila tells him everything, kinjal tells Aham if that gawar knew how to read n write in the beginning you and i would never be in this position i married to dhawal n you married to her this is all rashi n urmilas fault. Kinjal tells him that she sent the letter to gopi so she would not marry aham, listening to this aham is shocked n then hears how urmilla n rashi lied to gopi. Kinjal then goes on about the necklace n how she was happy that he n Gopi were not getting along n mothers plan failed. Aham listening to this tears come down his face, then explosion on kinjal urmilla n rashi one that no one had ever seen before, kokila n parag looked so shocked, kinjal started to shake then Aham goes up to her n raises his hand n then Aham ji he looks round n sees everyone standing there, he remembers the time he nearly slapped kinjal n gopi came n saved her, then he looks at kinjal this girl did nothing to you but you did so much to her, she protected u, helped u n all you have done is deciet n lies.
Aham looks at all n says i am going to look for Gopi n when i get back i dont want to see kinjal rashi or her mother in this house again. Mom kakaji this joint family business will not work. He leaves leaving everyone stunned. Jigar looks at rashi get out of this house with your mother as well, i am not going to separate from my family because of you i am also going to look for bhabi n when we find her you better not be here. kokila looks at Dhawal take ur wife n leave whether you stay with her or not is non of our concern she is no longer a modi of this house. As for our business agreement that is between you n i, i respect you as my son not my son in law i have no daughter.
Gopi was on a bus crying she remembers what she endured during her marriage because of urmi n kinjal, but then a smile came to her face the last few months Aham supporting her , showing her how to read n write, the secret looks n then what she had dreamed of all along, Aham came home yesterday n saw gopi was reading in english he was delighted aham touched her face.
Aham driving tears down his face he goes to the mandir hoping that gopi had gone there but she was not, disappointed he goes to the car, but how can gopi leave me like that especially what happened last night he touched her face she looked at him n he kissed her gently, last night was the best night they had finally consumated their marriage, but why did gopi leave she knows i am in love with her so why.
Gopi got off the bus n was in a small village she looks round n then remembers where she was going in the narrow gully she passed a few houses n then she stopped outside a small house it had a lock on it, she got out the key n opened it she looks at the key n says thank god mahmaji gave me the key a few days back otherwise i would have no where to go, she walks inside n sees the place dusty n stuffy she goes n opens all the doors n windows n then a flashback Gopi dikra Gopi dikra her mom calling her she can hear her but cannot see her she cant remember much but what she can it makes her smile. A picture of her mom n dad was on the mantle. Gopi looked round one big sign n says this is her house now so time to clean it.

Jigar n Aham came in the morning no sign of Gopi, Aham looked glum kokila asked him to eat something, he looked straight passed her, why would gopi leave especially after last night for the past few months he saw her beauty, her shyness, honesty, innocence the gopi he had never seen before because of his ego, he went to his room it was truely empty he looked round everything reminded him of Gopi he could even smell her, jigar comes up Bhai dhawal called he said that jeetu mahma has been taken to hospital he had a heart attack, Aham looks at jigar lets go. Everyone in the modi household leave with them.
Gopi cleaned all night she could not sleep so she kept herself busy, all her thoughts were off Aham the bad time which would make her cry the good which would make her smile n cry then she would feel as if he was behind her n she looked round nobody. Finally exhausted she went to sleep a few hours later she heard Gopi where are you? n she woke up looking round, Aham ji. she shook her head n went back to sleep.
At the hospital urmilla rashi n kinjal all were there nobody spoke to them except the doctors, then the nurse came out Mr aham modi, Aham says yes mr jeetu would like to speak to you plse come this way, Aham goes in the room, ji mahma ji, jeetu looks at him my gopi is boli sidi sadi kuri, i know where she has gone, just then the heart monitor goes off the nurse comes running in this is mr jeetu 3rd heart attack in the last 2 hours if he doesnt make it then he never will, aham goes out, kokila asks him n aham tells her what happened. After a few hours the nurse comes in n tells everyone that mr shah is stable, he keeps asking for Gopi is she here, Aham replies no she is not.
Gopi opens the door to her house standing outside is a old lady, Rajju is that you? Gopi replies nahi maji my name is Gopi, the old lady looks at her Rajju had a daughter called Gopi she was a beautiful child. Maji i am her daughter, my mum passed away a long time ago, ahh i remember now she say n gopi asks her to come in, beta what are you doing her? Maji i came here to live in my mum n dads house i will be here for a while i dont have anywhere to go my family is gone. Maji then explains who she is She lived as a widow in this village n Rajju n her husband made her their mother respecting her until they died leaving Gopi a orphan she had no money so hence she had to put gopi in the orphanage until her mahma came. Gopi crys listening to this but she knew she w as home where she belonged. the old lady asked gopi is she married? Gopi replied yes but her husband is in love with someone else n soon he can be with his true love, with tears in her eyes gopi said she came here to live away from the big city. Gopi asked maji if she would like tea she told her no but will be coming to see her everyday n left.
The next day Gopi got a job she had no money, she got a job teaching the village kids the school well what school it was a stable that had a board, n some chalk children that couldnt pay their parents sent what they could some vegetables, flour, dalh, sugar n the ones that could Gopi saved the money it worked out well. over the next few months Gopi found refuge with the children during the day but at night time when she was alone was the most painful, she could feel Ahams presence, his touch but she could not see him but he was there.
Aham went to the hospital every day hoping that mahma would tell him where Gopi was? he needed to find her but everyday he went mahma was still in a coma, he spoke to him about Gopi how badly he treated her in the beginning but now it was tearing him apart he needed her if she didnt need him but he needs her he loves her so mahma ji wake up n tell me where she is.. Aham left everyday in tears, he barely spoke to anyone at home when at work he kept himself busy winning one project after another but that did not fill the void in his life.
10 months passed just like that, Gopi days n nights were no longer the same especially as she gave birth to Ram her son, she would see Aham face n wondered what it would have been like but then Ram would cry n her focus would be back on him, he was her life. Gopi took him to school with her n the children loved him they would purposely wake him so that they could play with him, One afternoon the girls wanted to learn to dance so gopi asked them to bring music n she would teach them dandiya, one of the girls brought a radio they put it on, n the music starts they are just about to start when breaking news, the broadcaster say the industrialist Mr aham modi was in a accident today he is in critical condition (dum dum dummm)😉. Gopi picks up Ram n hugs him n tells the children she has to go, Gopi goes straight to the phone box n asks the attendent to call this number.
Jigar is at the hospital with everyone, he goes over to kokila n hugs her kaki Aham bhai will be fine plse dont worry, kokila is in shock first her gopi vahu missing n now Aham in the hospital. Jigar phone rings, he hears the voice n tell them he will be their in a few hours to be ready. Jigar looks at hetal mummy ji i will back soon everything will be ok i promise n he runs out .
Gopi is pacing up n down Ram latched to her he was crying so he could sleep she looked at him we have to go from here Ram, then Gopi hears beep beeep beeep she opens her door n standing in front of her Jigar, he lookeed at her n smiled then he frowned Gopi holding a baby, Bhabi who is that, Ram meet your kaka your fathers brother, jigar smiles. Gopi wipes Rams mouth n burps him n gives him to jigar, Devar ji how is Ahamji? Bhabi Aham bhai is in serious condition, kaka n kaki are devastated, shall we go, Gopi nods her head looks round the house then walks out locking it.
At the hospital kokila is crying aham, gopi aham Gopi, jigar walks towards them kokila looks up n sees him with a baby in his arms she puts her hand on hetal who gets up, behind jigar hetal sees someone else walking she looks closer GOPI kokila jumps up n also sees Gopi they both go running to wards her, Gopi has tears in her eyes first she runs up to them touches their feet n both hetal n kokila hug gopi so hard that she could not breathe. We looked everywhere for you, Aham looked everywhere, just then kokila looks at jigar, jigar whose this bacha? kaki do you want to hold your grandson Ram, Gopi looks at kokila with tears in her eyes maji your grandson. kokila takes one look at him n says he looks just like Aham, hetal is kissing Gopi n ram kokila takes him off jigar n goes to parag n chirag who were coming back from paying hospital bills, Parag sees gopi his mouth is wide open, chirag also in shock cant speak. The nurse comes out Gopi modi, Gopi looks up, is there anyone with the name Gopi, gopi says ji thats me, the patient keeps calling your name can you plse come he is out of danger, Gopi scared walks towards her leaving everyone else with Ram.
