Actually I also do not like the character of Manshookh Lal.....but this is the white truth that still today In India thousands of sasur thinks like that way ....so many bahus live in sasural exactly TKTG .....this story not a fabicated its a reallyt of typical indian culture....where bahus are not allowed to reply elders especially in front of sasur n do not come at bade bude of the family .....

ya good you brought it up!! actually there are families like that where, men are way more dominant! But thats the mere truth of reality because if you look at desi countries, men are dominant in those countries.! Specially UAE, because men are very very strict there! It even happens in india and pakistan! and many men think that women are only there to cook, look after the family, and stay at home! That is one bitter fact that still in today's society, and sometimes we can't even change the way a person thinks!

But looking at bapuji, he is only like this due to some incident that affected his life really bad! now what is that incident, it is still to see!
