Ok so after Radhika goes away Shanti tries to warn that having Radhika is not a good sign...this Shanti is scared of Radhika ...she knows that it is Radhika herself who is stopping her marriage, if she says yes then Shantis dreams will be shattered...but I liked Shati's reaction ..quite constant with her characterization because she does not want Radhika to marry Dev because then that would mean her defeat. Then in Purohit Mansion which RP is referring to as Raj Bhavan...oyeee RP raj bhavan of what?🤪 Of where?🤪 Utopia? šŸ˜†I mean this chap is getting more and more engrossed in his make belief world of grandeur where is the ruler and everyone his servant. šŸ¤”'.Anyway where was I?šŸ¤”...Oh yes...RP that they will celebrate janmasthami at whatever bhavan and his recent decree is that he wants Radhika...and he wants his two followers that his Padma and amba to do his work for him (as usual)...Padma then says that will Radhika come (good point)...ahh now the old man ...why not? ..she is the greatest kanah bhakt...so she should come...without her presence this cannot happen...Kanha...where is Kanha? Asked amba to RPšŸ˜‰...we have stopped worshipping Kanha šŸ˜²šŸ˜²šŸ˜•...RP with a serene look on his face😲...I know Amba that is our secret...šŸ˜‰. we need not tell anyone else...😳.we will show that we are worshipping Kanha when we will be mumbling Ya Devi Sarwabhuteshu Shakti Rupenu..(its a part of Devi shloka).šŸ˜‰šŸ˜³. Padma who was getting more and more apprehensive shouts'...babuji...what are you doing? RP comes down to earth and says majli bahu don't worry I will do everything ok...šŸ˜‰.anyway nothing of this sort happened and is just my brain talking here...😳😳...So where was I oh yes...šŸ¤”...Radhika... so this old man is happy to use Radhika when he wants to and then throw her away...he wants Radhika at the pooja to save his face that no one points a finger at him because everyone will say that if he was at fault and feeling guilty then why will Radhika come? Also having her around might make other people come since she is a big bhakt...anyway Kanha is present everywhere, Radhika can go wherever she wants to do her pooja...it's only for his personal welfare that he is wanting her presence...and he does not have the guts to do it himself so asking others to do it for him...and Amba the faithful follower says yes I will send the message...and guess what she does...she sends a servant to let Mansaram know that his presence is required...Even Amba does not have any manners...well if RP does not then why should his favourite follower.

In Mansaram's house Radhika is doing some work and Chanda and Shanti are choosing dresses for Chanda to wear I think to the wedding...and both are again back to husband hunting for Chanda. So Chanda has now forgotten her Devbabu and now looking for her next victimšŸ¤”....When the purohit's servant come and give Mansaram the news regarding janmashtami...Mansaram says that they will come the next day for the wedding but won't come tonight which leaves the servant gaping šŸ˜†(poor chap never expected someone saying no to the old man's request)...and Shanti jumps ahead and says that they are coming and Mansaram is silenced...and then mother daughter start their planning regarding more rich young men coming and meeting Chanda...and Radhika is watching all this silently...Again did not mind this part...because again the chracters are constant...Mansaram although wants to do the right think but is week and gets over ruled by Shanti...Chanda and her hallucinations regarding men...and I liked that Radhika kept silent. She did not say anything to convince Mansaram to go...but was just watching...and when Mansaram sits down and starts crying lamenting that her KK will marry someone else, she goes up and tries to give him courage and tells him that his Radhika has all the strength that she needs...and that she has to go to the temple to meet the pandit and make preparations for the janmashthami pooja...so seems that the pandit is back.

In the temple the pandit asks Radhika about her husband and she after slight hesitation says that her husband is getting married again which leaves the Pandit worried...after listening to Radhika's excuse regarding society he tells her frankly that he does not want to comment on what she is doing for society but that all he knows that her love is her husbands' protection and if he marries again then there will harm to her husband's life...that sets a Radhikas brain ticking and she links the tree falling on Dev and his accident and the penny drops... and then she turns to Kanha and tells him that she cannot stop this wedding but he has to show her a way...and a thread lands on Radhika...who is now very happy that tying this thread will keep Dev safe...so Kanha is giving permission to remove the sanctity of the child marriage? Somehow I can guess why Kanha is doing this and why Radhika is not running to save her husband leaving everything...chunnu munnu...aiyoo...lets see friends what happens shall we?...

Now on the balcony in Purohit bhavan Dev is standing and Barkha comes there and Dev throws a furious look and stars to leave and gets stopped by Barkha...who asks you here alone?...Dev says no I am never alone Radhika is always with me...and Dev tells her off that she is trying to take Radhikas place..and then asks her for what is she doing this...Barkha says for love..the love that Dev is giving up so easily (Dev is getting furious)... and then barkha give a long bhashan regarding fighting for love and Dev retaliates saying that (so Barkha knws the definition of love and Dev does not...🤣🤣..do carry on chunnu munnušŸ˜†šŸ˜†)...he has not given up...Radhika is not supporting him...if once Radhika does then he will fight everyone for her and he will never give up fighting for her...and then walks off...and Barkha says that she will make it happen that Radhika gives her hand to Dev...ahh my hunch was right...so Kanha is allowing this marriage by giving Radhika a thread for Dev's protection...but Barkha isn't and she will make sure that Radhika says yes by hook or crook...and Radhika is not rushing to Dev's side to protect him...and Dev who kidnapped Radhika from a similar situation is now saying that he cannot do anything because Radhika is not supporting him...well Radhika was also not supporting him before he kidnapped her''.so that means Barkha is the male lead...is the female leads and is also more powerful than Kanha...so does that make her the essence of the show now?...Jeeyo Chunnu munnu...who says that you don't have imagination...

Anyway...the best part of todays episode...Mansaram and family reach the purohit bhavan...and dadaji sweetly apologizes and mansaram true to form says I understand now because Radhika explained it to me (Mansaram did not understand by himself...he accepted Radhika's version because he places Radhika above him due to her birth as a Brahmin and her education...so he will bow down to Radhika, the only time he will lash out is when Radhika does something that in his eyes makes her fall from that pedestal...)...he is asked about Radhika and Mansaram keeps quiet. Radhika has come most probably to give the thread and she finds a room and locks herself in there and says that she has to give the thread but is scared to come in front of Dev babu (her main weakness because she knows that only he has the power over her)..and takes out her kanha murthi and starts praying in the room...downstairs Dev is looking for Radhika and the old man in order to distract him gives him the flute (as if he is giving a toy to some tantrum throwing kid) that he gave Dev a long time back after Dev danced with Radhika in their childhood...so the old man gave him the means to get his Radhika...and Dev starts playing the flute...Radhika's penance is broken and her eyes are darting to guess the source of the flute...she picks up her kanha murthi and then walks in a daze and opens the door...and goes down...walks in the lounge in a daze and in the same thoughtlessness keeps her murthi with the resident bal gopal murthi in the swing (is she coming back in the bhavan?) and slowly walks towards Dev and stands next to him...Dev senses her presence and looks up and Radhika has this dazed and faraway look on her face...as if she is in a trance and she keeps looking at Dev...the RP has a worried looks which to me means that he is telling himself that How did this happen? I did not want this to happen!....Padmas looks says...Oh no! now what will happen! and Shanti's look...Lo...karlo baat... the madam is back...

Well Radhika was given some pretty bad dialogues today and brought down so that Barkha shines because a strong Radhika means that Barkha will not have any role...Dev was also brought down again for Barkha and they made a mockery of Kanha again for Barkha...Lets see what else do they make mockery off for their star attraction Barkha .

As for the characters...I liked Mansaram's family...they were constant...liked Dev's anger ...but the best part was the last part...starting from Radhika in the room and doing pooja by herself and then standing next to Dev. She was very good here. I also liked her in Mansaram's house .

misti agree with u and don't know why but cv's are bringing doen the leads inorder to glorify bharka, okay we bared bringing down leads but now they started showing the mockery of kanha ate expense of bharka. what they want now, kanha ne radev ki shaadi tuthen ki anumati diya tha lekin shaadi ko bharka thoothne nahi diya. ye hain kanha se bhi mahhan humaari brainless bharka.i think now cv's are acting as if they are takins this serial for bharka, but thats not we audience want, we watch it for radev and want them to be mahhan and never way want kanha to letdown.
and next coming to todays episode flwas in editing can be sen properly at the time where radhika gices her answer to panditji, a proper confrontation or reasoning was not shown there from radhika's side again the answer was to glorify bharka.
dev was the person who took away radh from rohan yes but he did that after he knows the reason she was doing it and who confronted her, but here dev is thinking it as her own fear, he doesn't know that it was RP who played al this emotional game.and i am sure once dev know it he will never leave radh.
The cv's can either cut those comice scenes of shanthi and gd and instead of those unnecessary stuff could have shown more of radhika-punditji convo which would have made some sense to people why she was like that. but we can't expect such a good things from our cv's.

so the worst part for me was RP sceness with gd and padma and also Bharka scene. and the best part was indeed the flute part my dreamy part which i watched after a long time . well for last we watched radh going for dev on listening flute during holi part i think. atleast cv's remembered flute thank cv's for that and indeed i also should thank them as they again didn't involve bharka which would have probably irked me if they did.
so waiting for mahaepisode which looks like a typical dancing -singingepisode but i don't want in that way and i want a best mahaepisode .hope less of bharka and more of radev and kanha

Misti,

Loved your commentary. The episode despite the beautiful last scene irritated me a lot because again it brought down Radhika (changed her main characteristic) and showed a weak Dev who waits for Radhika's approval. When did he do that since he accepted that he has rights on Radhika? But I liked Mansa and Shanti and the last scene as well as Dev's fury at Barkha. But other than that, making Barkha the lead of the show as well as what they are doing to Dev and Radhika's characters made me dislike the episode once again.
I liked Shanti's part only in the first part. Despite her taunts she knows that if Radhika changes her mind, the marriage with her and Dev would happen. So she wants to discourage Radhika coming to the wedding. But since Barkha is the hero/heroine of the show, it would happen.
Anyway, next is delusional RP and his personal slaves - Dai and Padma. At least Padma has some manners which she tend to forget when she does RP's bidding. But Dai has none. Anyway, this RP is the height of insensitivity. I loved your comments on this part though. Why can't Radhika celebrate the event in Rawal temple. Again he wants to maintain his image and show people how benevolent he is. That's why he apologizes to Mansa in that humble tone knowing fully well that Mansa - a person with deep complexes about status would provide him one immediately because he gets overwhelmed. If he had manners, he would not dare to invite Mansa family or go by himself to request Radhika to make an appearance. But he is arrogance personified. Sending a servant to do that is insulting that other family. What a hypocrite. I was also confused with Rajbhavan. I was wondering if it is PB he is talking about. Or is there another palace or what.
Shanti was again Shanti at home. She is pragmatic and vindictive at the same time. So she knows that Chanda has no chance with Dev and wants to take advantage of these contacts. At the same time, her happiness is coming from the fact that Radhika is not getting married to Dev. So she agrees promptly to the invite and overrules a weak Mansa. Liked Aditya here as a weak, helpless father who is heartbroken that her daughter's husband is getting married to someone else. Liked Radhika here too where she keeps silent and tries to provide courage to her father but herself doesn't believe her words.
I was happy with the pandit and accidents. But then Radhka's reaction totally dismayed me (even though it was expected). Based on the title and what has been shown so far, Radhika would not hesitate to break up this marriage if Dev was in danger. Yet here she is insisting that there has to be another way to protect Dev while keeping him married to someone else. What croak and what nonsense. For this artificial track, they are destroying both Dev and Radhka and removing the essence of Kanhaand it seems intentional to me. What a mockery of the promos and all the advertisement they have made. Radhika and Dev were supposed to fight for their rights and this story was different from CB1. It is different in the sense that it is worse than CB1.
Anyway, Kanha supposedly endorses Radhika's request by giving her the thread. See, Kanha's rule for uniting spiritual lovers is that they at least have one fake spouse before they can be together. Also, the fake spouse should turn stalker and make at least one rape attempt against the spiritual lover. Since Radhika has already finished her part, it is now Dev's turn to do so. Once he completes this Kanha requirement, he would allow Dev and Radhika to marry publicly. This the definition of dharam in CB's "Kanha" world. Also, Kanha transfers his powers to fake spouse for the entire time the stalker (male or female) is acting as a real spouse. My question to CVs is can we have Barkha as a fake wife of RP. That would be more fun to see and it would be very innovative too. Anyway, it seems that now Dev can have a fake wife as long as he has a protection thread. Or can he also have a real new wife Barkha as long as he has this thread.

then that conversation between Dev and Barkha. So Dev is backing out because Radhika says so. Since when has Dev listened to Radhika? He does what he feels is right. Even if Radhika is backing out, Dev doesn't have to marry somebody else or sit for ceremonies meant for another person (doesn't matter if these ceremonies happened with Radhika due to great Barkha. He doesn't know that). He can refuse this wedding with Barkha and use his first wedding to get both RP and eventually Radhika. Afterall, he did use his religious knowledge to stop the wedding of Radhika and Rohan. Then he kidnapped Radhika. Both times he did something that either he didn't believe in or by telling white lies. So he is resourceful and he has this childhood marriage as an advantage. Even if he doesn't believe in it, he would use it for the means to stop the marriage with Barkha.
So Barkha is now so important that Dev and Radhika - the hero and heroine of the show and spiritual lovers are acting with such passivity and adharam. Ok...this would bring up the flagging ratings?? No wonder Zee is in the fourth place. Treat your products with contempt and viewers would answer back with their pocket books. I am surprised that this type of management at Zee still exists.
Anyway, then the final scene. So RP sneaks into his grandson's room and brings his flute. Anyway, so what does it mean? That RP is the one who would accidently help Dev get together with Radhika. Ignoring all the nonsense (Padma asking Barkha about Dev's whereabouts as if Dev would like to stand with Barkha these days), the last scene was beautiful for sheer chemistry of Dev and Radhika.
Dev plays his flute, Radhika unwittingly walks out and puts her idol in PB (Rajbhavan). Then she can't help herself and walks to Dev. Well, this just implies that Dev needs to use his flute whenever Radhika gets too stubborn. Did like the look on RP and Padma's face as to what has been unleashed. Ideally I would like if Radhika goes and embraces Dev who embraces her back publicly. Then he tells RP that Radhika is going to be his bride. But will it happen? Of course not...how else can we have Barkha as the key person?
Now bracing myself for the ME. Need to arm myself with lots of headache pills when I watch Barkha fest on Kanha day.
Anyway, if these CVs want to copy a track from CB1, why not get a character like Imarti. Now she would be fun to see with RP/Padma/Dai. She would make RP run for his life in no time and then Radhika and Dev can live peacefully in PB. Honestly, Dev needs to kick out his entire family from this house and just live with Radhika in grandeur.
Acting wise, I liked Mansa & Shanti as well as Avinash and Ruby. I liked Mansa as a heartbroken father, Shanti as a vindictive mother, Avinash and Ruby in the last scene. Liked Avinash's furious remarks to Barkha (ignoring her conversation completely) and in the last scene. Ruby was great in the last scene as well as in the cottage when she consoles her father.

Misti liked your thoughts , Liked Barkha when she was talking to Dev about Radhika , i found nothing wrong whatever she was saying to Dev ...As you have already written , he kidnapped Radhika on his own , then what he is waiting for , when he said that he will fight the society for her ..Why he is listening to Radhika,s reasons , why does not he kidnap her again and marry in the temple ... .I do not blame Barkha, her artificial inclusion in every scene and side-line the leads , has become her negative point, .Viewers started resenting her now ...I liked the last scene , both are brilliant ...Misti what that Dhaga means , that Kanha agree with her ..

Thank you, Misti! Seemed to me, the last part, being the best, impressed me enormously. Dadaji wanted to anime Dev a little , asking him to play the flute, and diverting it from sad thoughts. He realized with amazement at the end of the performance of Dev that just sparked something mysterious and indescribable, something happened many years before, between lovers. Smooth, magic and sweet sound of whistle reached heartache of longing to Radhika, and, look you said, has brought her, as in trance, facing to Dev. Indirectly, Dadaji's plans have failed because it was clearly seen endless love in the eyes of both.

So, all this week dev kept on showing his true love, how much he wants them to be toghter, how she is his soul reason to breath,to live, she has a place in every cell of his body especialy his heart...he cried,he pleaded,he was angry, determined and strong...and now The Barkha comes and gives him a lecture abt love?! Didnt she said that she doesnt know love...she must have taken some classes abt love too at that ghost college where she became doctor out of the sudden!! So she is a love guru now, cupid or whatever...and plannes to teach radev abt love...pls let me 🤢
Anyway, coming to the main villan...he decided that radh was made of steel and she wont feel anything seeing her love marring or near barkha...wonder what will dadaji will do next...will put radh to walk barkha as a bride to the mandap?

Pandit was back,to let radh realise the signs given by god...she got it ...received the blessings and went to the puja, with the thought of not meeting her weakness...
But that didnt happened...cause he called her, with the music of his flute, her heart listen...drove her legs to the balgopal...and to the center of her world...dev...he stopped then eyelock...what to say more...loved the scene,it was sweet,dreamy,amazing...and avina gorgeous in blue...

This goes against Dev,s character , you are right , they killed Dev,s character ...I was thinking ,why he needs some sign from Radhika , when he knows very well , he is the core of her existence...How he can leave her in lurch knowing very well it will be living hell for her , as people are pointing fingers at her character ...
But I liked Mansa and Shanti and the last scene as well as Dev's fury at Barkha. It was really absurd ,Whats happening to that childhood marriage...Angie i do not want to add anything you have very well written , in fact you got irritated ..

I am unable to understand , why Dev is sitting for the rituals , giving in to RP, what he is waiting for ,some miracle ...Why does not he leave all this and put sindoor in her Maang as she always dreamed ...She said no and he agreed whether unwillingly ...Why to wait for Kanha , he has to himself do the needful ...In the previous one , he did not care for the society knowing Radhika,s birth ...Pandit told Radhika that she is the shield for her husband and she asking for some alternative to Kanha ...This all does not fit with Radhika who is ready to go any extent for him ...Agree she is doing this sacrifice for him so that he get social recognition , but at the cost of his life ...After reading you people comments felt , are killing the essence of their divine love ...

Padma left to herself is ok, its her insecurities that makes her switch...insecurity regarding her son...her position in the family and also living upto the expectations of the RP...and that might have increased more now since she has realised that she is RP'S choice...and RP wrecked a marriage for her...removed a son from his mother for her...kept the son's identity hidden for her...and for the same reason also might be feeling guilty towards Dev...so I get this feeling of comstant tug of war between guilt and insecurity from Padma. As for Raj Bhavan I have no clue as to where that is.

Exactly...Radhika trying to find excuses here is bizzare...she will be rushing to protect Dev and not thinking of any other way...they gave her some awful dialogues here.
Or can he also have a real new wife Barkha as long as he has this thread.I like this idea of RP nad Barkha...then RP can build a temple forher...put her in the inner sanctum and officially declare her as the all powerful and employ Rohan as the main priest...

then that conversation between Dev and Barkha. Even if he doesn't believe in it, he would use it for the means to stop the marriage with Barkha.Yes,,...he even can declare that he is unfit for RP because he knew that Radhika was the fake wife and hence was equally guilty...or that his actions forced her to become a fake wife...him waiting for a green signal from Radika is ridiculous and all done to keep Barkha in the screenplay.
I am surprised that this type of management at Zee still exists. this brings my main question are they really interested in increasing their TRP or aretheir intentions something different.
Anyway, then the final scene. So RP sneaks into his grandson's room and brings his flute. Anyway, so what does it mean? That RP is the one who would accidently help Dev get together with Radhika. yes maybe... Ignoring all the nonsense (Padma asking Barkha about Dev's whereabouts as if Dev would like to stand with Barkha these days), the last scene was beautiful for sheer chemistry of Dev and Radhika.
It was the chemistry f Dev and Radhika that made the last scene stand out ...the way Radhika responds to the flute and walks in a daze...was very good...her dazed and far away look...Dev lost in his flute and then stopping when he senses that she is there and looking up and seeing Radhika who has a worshipping look on her face.
Of course not...how else can we have Barkha as the key person?Oh would like to see the embrace...specially for RP, Padma amd Shantis expressions...
Now bracing myself for the ME. Need to arm myself with lots of headache pills when I watch Barkha fest on Kanha day.šŸ˜†šŸ˜†....
Anyway, if these CVs want to copy a track from CB1, why not get a character like Imarti. Now she would be fun to see with RP/Padma/Dai. She would make RP run for his life in no time and then Radhika and Dev can live peacefully in PB. Honestly, Dev needs to kick out his entire family from this house and just live with Radhika in grandeur.Oh Imarti will be God send here so long they again do not reduce Radhikas role for her...because then these people will think that both the characters are being played by Rubina so the audience will not mind...
Yes
Ok today the hints were there as to what will happen... Radhika enters the Raj bhavan on Kanhas wish (reasons are convoluted and is an example of very bad writing)...Barkha said that she will make Radhika stretch her hand to Dev...Dev says once Radhika stretches his hand he will fight everyone...dadaji unknowing brought Radhika to Dev and Radhika unknowingly placed her kanha's idol with the bhawans bal Gopal...so she might enter the house but it might be against her conscious decision...if this raj bhawan is different to purhohit bahawan then she might enter Raj bhawan and not purohit bhawan...

Thanks misti loved ur comments and agree with u whenever barkha enters the scene leads r down... i could not agree the dialogues bten barkha and dev it was like barkha indirectly forcing dev trying to put in him that he has to fight for his love other side dev says he is waiting for rad to agree ... if he is waiting for rad to accept his love then it would have been meaningful but this is not acceptable agree with u when dev kidnapped her did he do with rads acceptance... this wait is of no use as rad will not come forward... u said abt devs horoscope in ur previous post it was detailed in yster epi but who is this pandit he is not hte one who witnessed chilhood mariage ...again confused abt where is rad when the func is going on first thought she is in rawal on hearing the music she opens the door she is in pb cvs have left all for viewers to fill in the blanks... wish ME comes out well flow in story is maintaine bcoz there r many other prog participants also enter in the show wish they dnt mess it
