Ankhon Ki Gustakhiyan..
Premeer One Shot
It was the evening of their engagement.
The hall was shimmering with lights and decorations all around, candles lit up in various parts of the house, a chandelier dazzling from the ceiling and colorful curtains flying in all sorts of directions. Guests were mingling around while they waited for the couple to arrive.
All this was being observed by a pair of dark-chocolaty brown eyes, from a corner of the grand hall.
He was waiting for her to come down the flight of stairs. Anxiously looking towards the clock...couldn't time go any faster? His thoughts were flooded with memories of her from the past couple of days. No one would've figured that they had only known each other for a week because of the love they shared. It was as if he had known her all his life. That brought a smile to his face.
He was in the midst of thoughts when he suddenly saw a tall, slender figure descending down the stairs.
And the first thing that caught his attention were her...eyes.
ankhon ki gustakhiyan maaf ho
She was looking for a certain someone as she climbed down the stairs in her elegant, golden colored lengha.
Her stomach was in knots as all eyes were upon her, but she was only searching for a pair of eyes that belonged to him.
And there he was.
In the center of the hall..staring at her.
ek tuk tumhein dekhti hain
jo baat kehna paaye zubaan
tumse ye woh kehti hain
As she approached him, he couldn't help but smile.
She looked gorgeous.
She looked away as her cheeks turned different shades of red, he chuckled and slowly lifted his hand to her chin so he could tilt her face towards him.
He tried to tell her with his eyes that she looked absolutely stunning..another blush crept up her face as she glanced down to her feet, he loved it when he had that effect on her.
ankhon ki sharmo hayaa maaf ho
tumhe dekh ke jhukti hain
uthi aankhein jo kehna saki
jhuki ankhein woh..kehti hain
She glided her way behind the curtains, afraid that she would fall weak under his intense gaze.
She felt a tug on the back of her blouse.
He untied her dori.
She quickly turned around to face him and backed up against a pillar.
She was trapped.
Her eyes popped out, wondering what he was doing.
With a smirk on his face, he inched closer to her, now staring at a pair of bewildered eyes.
He took his finger and wiped some of her kaajal on to it.
Slowly he made his finger come close to her lips where he placed a little black dot.
kaajal ka ek til tumhare labon pe laga doon
She tried running away but he was faster.
He slowly brought her towards his chest, her back facing him.
She closed her eyes.
He slowly placed a kiss on the nape of her neck.
Her heart beat increased.
She turned around and embraced him, feeling the warmth and love he provided her.
yeh zindagi aapki hi amaanat rahegi
dil mein sada aapki him mohabbat rahegi
inn saason ko aapki hi zaroorat rahegi
He grinned.
She was the world to him.
Today was the most happiest day of his life. He was going to get engaged to the most precious girl...who was right now in his arms.

Hello everyone! :) Yes I'm back after many months with another Premeer one shot! I hope this wasn't too cheesy! LOL! It's pure fluff but what to do? I couldn't really think of anything else, and plus I was listening to this song while writing it haha. I hope you all liked this! I tried not using any dialogues, idk how it came out though :P but do leave criticisms as well! :) And this is dedicated to someone (I think you know who you are!) for encouraging me to write something. Tada! Enjoy! :)
