Well I believe in Alina case there more then it meets the eye. Alina even knows why she was locked up in the 1st place.
She seems to be dangerous to me. Looks can deceptive. So lets not jump to conclusions. About Abhay and Jay their situation is different. They have not even disclosed why she was locked up in the room.
