i think the secret maybe linked to the fact that tara and brijesh cant have kids. maybe thas why the wanted saloni to marry nahar instead of shubra knowing that saloni is kind enough to give up her own kid. like brijesh said, they're waiting for nahar's kid.

I think they chose Saloni coz of Nahar's dark PAST. They must have thought that saloni will understand nahar more than shubra when she comes to know about nahar's past and won't create any problems.

I think the reasons being

1. Nahar'past
2. Brijesh Tara can't have kids
3. Aditi living there
4. Keep the family joint
these are the major reasons among many other reasons to select Saloni over Shubhra.

Tara and Brijesh can have kids!
Infact they have one daughter who right now is in boarding school...it might be related to her!
I myself think the secret is to do with nahar's past and maybe his 1st wife?
Lets just hope it's something good!

in yeaterdays episode tara said she cant be a mother and that they cant have kids, that was the india update, not sure if u saw it or not...
