if 4lions cannot handle even two shows at the same time then wats the point of the production house?? today even if they shut down geet and concentrate only on their other show wats the guarantee that that show will not meet the same fate? after all it's on star plus which a very powerful channel... one wrong move by the PH and star plus will shut the show...

Maybe you are right...

But what will happen when they'll start the 3rd show...?

I read somewhere that their new show is going to start soon.

They should get a bigger team...and hire ppl with actual talent...what's this new director every few months...it ruins the consistency of the track! Also, I hate this let's concentrate on this and forget the other show...I mean the show is their baby--they conceived the idea, developed the story, grew the characterizations...they just can't leave it stray! If they wanna be a leading PH in India they need to learn to commit to ALL their shows and hire decent, talent writers, directors, cameramen...instead of shifting all the old crew to one show and hiring a separate crew for this one...b/c the new writers have messed with Maneet's characterizations, ruined other side characters, and way too many bloopers!

Um..I don't think they have a problem handling more than one show.
Yes Geet was their initial venture. But there's always a first, and its going to be the only one, because the PH is still in its experimental stage.

I don't see why they can't handle GHSP, IPKKND, and dozens others. Businesses grow, their capabilities increase. A PH won't have one MAJOR hit show, and suddenly decide, "okay guys, we can't do more than one, so this is it". Entrepreneurs are going to push the envelope.

I don't see IPKKND or any other show as a threat to Geet. It is, and will remain a strong show. 4Lions is dedicated to Geet still. I mean, proof of this is that Maan Singh is back! :D ...a very good director. The man knows his romance.

I don't see how managing two shows has anything to do with Geet maybe shutting down. Even the production house hasn't given a statement on that.

And as you said, many production houses manage many shows at once. There's no reason that 4lions can't as well. And there's no reason to believe they aren't managing. The possibilty of Geet shutting down has nothing to do with 4lions, because IPKKND has been in the pipeline for months, and it has been running side by side with Geet so far without any hitches other than the normal ups and downs of plot.

And as for management, I think we can safely assume that both shows have separate teams of directors and writers. Because a show's team is not just the production house by people from the channel too.

I have to respectfully disagree.😳

It's not about managing...they're doing that right now!

It's about the quality of the content...no body wants a show that started with a high to end with a low. I guess the biggest problems is the entry of new writers and directors through different tracks--which wouldn't be a problem is the characterizations didn't change...but some of the new writers don't even know the characters nor have they seen the previous episodes...like one example: the writers named Maan's Dadaji Lala Amarnath and when Barry asked if anyone chose a name...they seem to forget...and he re-named him. I can think of more, but this is just one instance...I guess as fans, most of want the same level of writing and creativity as the gave us from the start.

That's what the whole point was--at least my point. As for the separate team...the old Geet team is on the new show and a new team is on Geet, which most of us wouldn't have a problem with if they gave us quality story lines and writing...I guess Geet lost a lot of viewers with the Amritsar post and then all the rumors start pouring in that it was ending.

Sorry if I came off rude, but that's not my intention...just wanted to represent my POV...hopefully I didn't hurt any feelings or wasn't mean...sorry it I was.😳😃
