Jagat says he is not a lawmaker

Oh my God! Jagat doesnt think of getting a divorce from anandi to legalize the marriage ...he instead says the law is not in my hands ... which means if it had been, his method to legalize his marriage to Gauri would have been to LEGALIZE BIGAMY!!! ...and legalize having two wives!
