why not beg Divorce

As we know. jogia is a big time beggar. Whn it was matter of money he begged to everyone. Did buttering to even Anandi shamelessly. But whn its matter to legalize his marriage the only way is to beg divorce from Anandi, why he not Doing same. He know tht with his manipulating talent he can easily convince her for mutual divorce. But instead of doing so, he is asking G to forget abt divorce. But wht is ur future plan Dr.Saheb. do gutur gu whole life? ?? Without legalizing it? May be the main reason behind it the financial support by Anandi. So Dr. Saheb shifting mind invented idea, Paise gawanr villager wife ke and masti with modern Dr. Wife ke sath. After all whn his hit product FBS and ABS will come in use. 😆 😆 😆

acha btw, if Anandi agrees to give divorce to Jagya, they have to go ahead with the legal proceedings and wait for one year right?

well FBS is now not effective on anandi!...

Exactly my point , if he truely loved Gauri lyk some believe here, he would beg, cry do nythin to get it from Anandi and i dont see her resenting it. But the cheap fella, cannot leave his cash cow just yet, he cannot face all those insults.

@Suchii, ya not only they will have to wait for an year, his 2nd marriage issue might come out, coz he has lied to the court he would in every case get some punishment.

So happy after 3 yrs this serial is showing what it should have. M loving it

You mean mutual divorce right? Because Anandi can divorce Jagya on other grounds too, like adultery and cruelty, and maybe mental unstability as well 😉.
yep for mutual divorce the wait period is 6 to 18 months after filing first appeal. After that period they have to file for a second appeal. If anyone withdraws the first appeal in between this period then divorce is canceled. Ab toh aisa lag raha hai ki even if Anandi wants to give divorce, Jagya will not consent to it, he will keep clinging to Anandi for bheekh.😆

Can't JaAn divorce on mutual grounds? If neither party wants to live with each other they can file for divorce. Or to speed up the process he can say that he cheated on Anandi and wants to divorce her. I don't know why Jagya doesn't think of this. I'm sure if he tells Anandi that i want to divorce you but i still want you too give me money she won't refuse him.
