Laxmi in her room puts something away in the cupboard & then sees the torn saree pc. She recalls Shobna's actions to result in the torn saree. She has tears in her eyes and is about to put it away. Just then Angad comes & she quickly throws it in the cupboard shutting it with one hand & wiping her tears with other hand. Angad sits on the bed & starts folding/sorting his clothes & says that he's used to being independent & feels awkward when someone does these things for him. Laxmi says then you were alone, now you have someone to do them for you. When Angad starts interrupting, she says some things women do better!!(huh??Some things???? I thought like all things…😉😆..sorry..kidding...) Angad lets it be as he doesn't want to risk her anger before dinner!!😆…He tells her that his office was v tiring, he says some more…Laxmi pretends to listen but recalls Shobna's hurtful words. Angad notices & clicks in front of her…he calls her "Hullo, Ms Flashback!!!" 🤣!!! He got some real funny lines!! He reminds her that they mite have got married, but her studies are ongoing. He sends her to her class otherwise the teacher will complain to him. Laxmi takes the books & knocks on Mahen's room. Mahen was writing stuff for her on his whiteboard & calls her inside. He comments on her worried look & asks whether she is stressing over what Shobna said. Laxmi agrees & is optimistic that she will pacify Shobna somehow or the other(me hits my head!!😵Mahaan aatma ..open yur eyes!!) She says she is more worried about whether Angad will ever be able to love her or are they going to just stay as friends. Mahen thinks of something & rubs off the white board & writes C-O-N-C-E-R-N & asks Laxmi to read it & explain what it means. Laxmi can pronounce it but cant explain what it means. Mahen has a sudden fit. Laxmi gets worried & rushes to him & then rushes to go to call Kaaveri. Mahen then stops her & tells her to sit as he was doing drama. He explains that what you felt for me & were doing for me is Concern. (Phew…my English is much better thanks to these TV shows!😈 i now officially know what concern means!!!yipppeee🤡) He goes onto say that he's seen the same concern in Angad's eyes for her. He is happier when around her. He reminds her of the restaurant sequence when she was insulted & how he had defended her. He then reminds her that he fought with Nisha for her. He even fought with Shobna for her. Laxmi asks so? Mahen says this means he is in love with you, only cannot express(ok…before expressing he needs to realise he is in love??🤪 )) He says friendship is the beginning of love…(yikes…I'd agree but not all friendships end in love…otherwise ppl wud have so many affairs!!!!!😉😆) He says that Angad will definitely love her, Mahen's guarantee. Mahen announces its all about time, & its 6 p.m. , hence the class is over & she rushes to make tea & snacks.
Vijay & Tej return from work(huh…Tej now goes to work with Vijay, when did this happen????😕) Dadaji comment that Vijay looks tired & Vijay agrees there was a lot to do. Shobna comes down the stairs, stands next to Tej & one can see Kaaveri & Raandal working in the kitchen. Dadaji calls out to Mahen & Angad to join them for snacks. Both the brothers come down talking & go straight to Dadi who has a plate of snacks made by Laxmi & is v tasty(aare..i did not eat..Dadi said!!😉) Laxmi gets tea. Uttang & Minu are on the swing where Uttang calls out to Laxmi that he needs tea too(huh??Minu???? 😲Did the aliens finish their testing or was she rejected there too??😆sorry…I think Sahil will know what I mean here!! 😉But on serious note…wud love to see her reaction to Laxmi😊)Shobna watches Laxmi's progress around. Laxmi offers tea to Vijay,he turns his head pretending to talk to Dadaji, Laxmi puts the tray down & takes a cup, walks upto Shobna. Angad watches with curiosity & smile. Shobna pours hot tea on a smiling Laxmi's hand. 😡🤢Angad has seen the whole thing. Kaaveri rushes to Laxmi & asks how did all this happen? A determined Angad walks upto him mom. Picks up another cup of tea from the table & pours it on his hand. 😲This time everyone jumps up & exclaims. Shobna is worried sick & goes & cleans his hand, reprimanding him lovingly for doing this knowingly.Angad questions whether it hurt her? He felt it too. He is happy that she at least realised what one goes through on seeing their loved one in pain. Shobna just looks at him with tenderness. He goes away. Kaaveri/Laxmi looks at Shobna, Vijay is shaking his head.
Angad is looking for ointment in his room when Laxmi walks in. He makes excuses. She walks up & takes out the ointment from a drawer. He pretends he didn't need it, but since she's got it out, she might as well put it on his scalded skin. He smiles & says its not hurting him. He takes the ointment & starts opening it. Laxmi says she can see that & takes the ointment & pulls him to sit on bed. She starts applying it, blowing on the hand in between to cool down the sensation, & Angad says but your hand got burnt too.Laxmi says the difference is that my hand got burnt accidentally, (huh??? 😲Like u must be blind & mad that u didn't c Shobna doing it to u!!😡) whilst u did it knowingly. Angad doesn't rectify her, but just says it was needed to make his mom realise how much it hurts when someone your own is in pain. Laxmi asks is this concern? Angad smiles & says of course, I am extremely concerned about u( abey…instead of giving goofy smiles, think what u said & analyse…then stop harping "I Don't love u"s & remove don't from your new pet dialogue!!😳)
Laxmi remembers Mahen's words about friendship & love. She smiles(she actually looks v pretty!) & observes Angad putting the ointment on her hand now(ok the henna on her hand has changed!!! Angad is tying his shoe laces but is having difficulty. Minu comes(oh when she appears…she appears for good!!repeat appearance!!😲😊) & starts helping him. He tries to stop her, but she tells him that he's grown so big that he wont let her do little things for him. He tries to say nothing like this, but she scolds him that you better understand & admit that you are a kid! She asks what was the need to do all this. Angad says to make mom realise what she's doing is wrong. He tries to tell her that their mom doesn't like Laxmi & wants to avoid her that's fine, but torturing her physically is not right. Minu stands up crossing her arms & says that she doesn't know whats right or wrong(😆…understatement of the show!!! She married Tej…didn't she??!!🤣) but only knows that Angad is wrong & has caused a lot of pain to their parents. He makes her sit & explains that he didn't do anything wrong by marrying, but by not informing them. She nods. He says that the situation was such that warranted action but he has sought forgiveness. He says he is fed up & wants things to be ok. She lovingly holds her bro's face between her hands & says things will be fine, Angad with all seriousness says but one thing cant change. She asks what? He says your weight!!😆She pushes him & starts hitting him. Then she makes him stand & she says I am slim! He apologises for ignoring her & says "I love u" & they both hug. cute…but we expected this scene with someone else!!!!!!! Hmm..now my tubelight starts working!! i know why Minu returned…Rakshabandhan around the corner…😛 Laxmi with a tray in her hand sees all this & smiles.
Laxmi goes to kitchen & asks Raandal to go as she will cut the veggies. Raandal is concerned how will she do it with one hand. Angad comes there saying not 1 hand, 2 hands. Angad says u forgot about me? He keeps talking & saying now Randal will say what is he doing in kitchen, Raandal agrees. Angad requests Laxmi to tell Raandal how well he cooks. Raandal makes a face. He starts chopping the veggies. Laxmi sees his burnt hand & helps holding the veggie. They have cute moments out there…with Raandal the kabaab mei haddi! Reshmi bg score returns…
Shobna in her room is telling Minu that Angad is no longer your brother since he has broken relations with me & you both are related because of me. Minu says that she agrees that what he did caused grief to you & dad, but it cant break my relations with him na(she is so sweet here) She says that she has waited for 8 years for this moment(she looks at a rakhi in her hand) Shobna calls her "Pinki"!! ok…so Minu has 3 names now…!!Shobna says that it's a result of these 8 yrs wait only. She had high hopes from Angad that he would give her a sense of belonging, but he separated her from the whole family by marrying the girl whom she hates the most. (ok...i will not go into the logic & implication of this statement…but I really don't get it…she was already cut off from the family in her heart…festering hatred for Kaaveri/Harsukh & family…etc etc)
Just then Laxmi comes calling out to Minaxi. Minaxi is annoyed. Laxmi says that Angad is calling Minaxi as he has made something special for her. aww...Minaxi starts going when Shobna stops her reminding her that she doesnt have any relations with Angad & she will not tie raakhi to him, if she dares, then Shobna will cut her relations with her too. Minaxi cries & goes away not without telling Laxmi that all this is happening because of you. Shobna also goes to Laxmi & says that how many relations will you break. First you snatched a son from his mom, now you came between a bro-sis(err….little reminder…the decisions were made by her only..) Anyways, Laxmi says that the relation which is based on love & faith, she will not come in between those relations. She is sure that Minaxi will definitely tie Raakhi to Angad. Abey yaar…what was the need to challenge the lioness?!! 🤔Laxmi leaves. Lioness growls that if that's the case then she is also certain that Laxmi's belief will be shattered the next day & her & Angad's relation will also break soon!
