Tum Kaun Ho?

A Maaneet Fan Fic

Chapter 82
July 9, 2011 8:30 am

"GT, Tayi wants me to ask you where you are right now?"

"Uncle and I are in a hotel room in California, getting ready to go to the airport."

"Where are you going now?"

"That is a secret, JD," interrupted Maan before Geet could respond.

"Why?"

"Because, I want your GT to be surprised about where we are going. That's why we are taking a private jet and none of the crew can tell her anything about the destination. Actually, it's about time for us to get going, so say goodbye."

JD pouted his little mouth and said in upset tones, "GT, I miss you!"

"I miss you too, JD. Be a good boy for Dadi and I'll see you soon. I love you."

"Love you too, GT. Bye."

Geet put away her phone and turned towards the bed when she felt Maan grab her hand. He pulled her around so that they faced each other. Drawing her close, he wrapped his arms around her waist and looked at her through narrowed eyes.

"GT loves JD, JD loves GT, but what about me?"

"You know that JD loves his Uncle a lot," replied Geet innocently.

"Yes, but how does GT feel?"

"GT loves Uncle too."

"How much?"

"Very much."

Geet wound her arms around Maan's neck and leaned up for a kiss. Maan pulled her close as their lips touched, enjoying the sweet warmth of her honeyed mouth. They kissed for some time until Geet reluctantly pulled back. Regret clear in her voice, she reminded Maan that they needed to get ready.

"You are always pulling away from me," accused Maan grumpily, drawing her back in his arms and kissing her once again.

Geet smiled against Maan's mouth and replied, "What else can I do when you're always so naughty? If it was left to you, we would never get anywhere on time."

Text Message from: Naintara

Where are you going?

Text Message from: Geet

Maan won't say, just that it's a surprise.

Text Message from: Naintara

Message me when you get there.

July 9, 2011 11:30 am

Text Message from: Geet

Just stepped off the plane and was greeted with welcomes and leis. Guess where we are?

Text Message from: Naintara

OMG! Hawaii?

Text Message from: Geet

Correct. Maui to be exact.

Text Message from: Naintara

What about the passport?

Text Message from: Geet

A smokescreen? Maan did keep saying he wanted to surprise me.

Text Message from: Naintara

I'm so jealous! You have to tell me everything.

Text Message from: Geet

Naintara, start worrying about your own hubby and leave my wife alone! This is our honeymoon, not a time for chit-chat.

"Maan, give me my phone back!" Geet tried to grab her phone from her husband, but he held it away. "What are you doing?"

"I'm telling my nosy sister-in-law to mind her own business and keep out of my honeymoon."

Geet pleaded with Maan to return her phone, but he didn't want to. He was sure that she would just start texting Naintara again. Geet promised she wouldn't, but Maan wouldn't give back the phone unless she promised to put it away and concentrate only on him. She did and they left with their bags for their rental car.

July 9, 2011 12:30 pm

"We're staying here?" asked Geet, looking around at the luxurious vacation home and surrounding views. "I can't believe how perfect it is! Everything is so beautiful. The ride down, all along the coast you could see the ocean, and here we have our own beach. Is it private?"

"Yes," answered Maan, smiling at Geet's enthusiasm. "We can go skinny dipping in the moonlight without worrying about the neighbors."

Geet blushed and Maan continued, "If you feel too self conscious about doing it in the open, we have two pools attached to the house."

"Maan," came the flustered cry. "Even now you are thinking naughty thoughts?"

"About my Mishti? Always. Do you like the place?"

Geet nodded and came close to give him a quick hug and kiss. "Let's take our things in and get settled."

July 9, 2011 1:30 pm

Text Message from: Geet

The villa is amazing. It's so beautiful I can't even begin to describe it, and it's totally secluded.

Text Message from: Naintara

It sounds so romantic. Take lots of pictures.

Text Message from: Geet

I will for sure. Hey, I have to be careful about when I text you.

Text Message from: Naintara

Why?

Text Message from: Geet

Because Maan threatened to take away my phone. I'm hiding out in the bathroom right now.

Text Message from: Naintara

Okay, I understand. Veerji wants you all to himself. More time for ahem ahem.

Text Message from: Geet

Di you are so shameless!

Text Message from: Geet

Hey, with the time difference I don't know when I will be Skyping JD. Probably late afternoon or evening.

Text Message from: Naintara

That's fine. Just send me a message when you want to talk to him.

"Geet, what's taking so long?"

"Nothing, I was just getting familiar with everything," replied Geet as she stepped into the master bedroom.

Not wanting Maan to question her any more, she asked, "What should we do first, have something to eat, or explore outside?"

"Actually, I was thinking that after all that traveling you might be kind of tired. What do you say to taking a rest?"

"A rest?" asked Geet suspiciously as Maan put his arms around her and started moving back towards the bed.

"Yeah. Doesn't that bed look so comfortable? It looks like you would fall asleep as soon as your head hit the pillow."

Geet gave Maan a wry look as her leg hit the bed frame. "I know you too well. The last thing on your mind right now is sleeping."

"So what?" he countered. "I'm on my honeymoon, and it's been hours since I've made love to my wife."

Maan leaned in for a kiss and Geet leaned back, not ready to give in so easily. Eventually neither could maintain their balance and fell onto the bed, with Maan right on top of Geet. She giggled at the annoyed look he gave her, accompanied by a frustrated growl. Soon her giggles where stopped by his insistent mouth, and everything else was forgotten in their growing passion.

July 10, 2011 12:30 pm

"Maan, please! Eat your breakfast and let me talk with JD."

"Geet, this is not fair. We're on our honeymoon and you care more about talking with JD than seeing to your husband's needs."

"My husband's needs?" scoffed Geet. "I think I paid a lot attention to your needs yesterday."

"But that was yesterday." Geet just rolled her eyes at her husband, who only ever seemed to have one thing on his mind.

"Maan, there is a five hour difference between here and home. If I don't talk to JD now, he'll be going to bed before I get a chance."

"Alright, call him. But get comfortable first." Maan reached out and grabbed Geet's hand, pulling her towards himself. When she was right next to him, he pulled her onto his lap, and kept his arm around her waist, forcing her to stay in his embrace while she talked to their nephew.

July 10, 2011 1:45 pm

Maan wanted to spend a lazy Sunday with Geet, but she insisted that they do some exploring. After all, in her mind, they couldn't come to Hawaii and not spend time outside in the beautiful weather. After they had sufficient food and a good chat with JD, Geet dragged Maan out of the villa and down to the shore.

They had a small stretch of sandy beach, but most of the shoreline was volcanic rock. However, there was a good deal of vegetation and the breeze off the water felt so good that Geet persuaded Maan to spend a couple hours walking slowly around the grounds. Afterwards, Maan convinced Geet to spend some time relaxing in the lounge pool.

After that, Maan couldn't resist his sexy, wet wife. Before Geet could even protest, he picked her up, carried her inside and upstairs, where he began to show her what he thought they should spend their time doing. It was well into the evening before Geet could persuade Maan to leave their bed and let her make them some dinner.

July 11, 2011 6:00 pm

Text Message from: Naintara

How is the weather? Is it still raining?

Text Message from: Geet

No, it stopped about half an hour ago. What are you still doing up?

Text Message from: Naintara

Unlike you, I don't have my husband all to myself during the day.

Text Message from: Geet

If you want to spend time with Dev, what are you doing texting me?

Text Message from: Naintara

I want to know how the honeymoon is going? Did you do anything fun today?

Text Message from: Geet

We stayed inside most of the day, but went driving during a lull in the rain in the afternoon.

Text Message from: Naintara

You mean Veerji actually let you out of the bedroom long enough to go somewhere?

Text Message from: Geet

Di you are too bold! I have to make Maan's dinner now. Go to sleep.

July 12, 2011 7:25 am

"Maan, why won't you tell me what we're doing that we had to get up so early for?"

"Because I want it to be a surprise," replied Maan as he turned the car according to the GPS directions.

"Does everything have to be a surprise with you?"

"For our honeymoon, yes. I want everything to be special for you."

Geet looked at Maan with her love in her eyes, shifting so that she could put her arm through his. "It is special, Maan. Being with you makes it special."

July 12, 2011 10:30 am

"Do you like the surprise?" asked Maan, as he and Geet sat hand in hand and the deck of the boat.

"Do you even have to ask?" was her response, the smile evidence of her enjoyment.

"As someone once said, 'How could we come to Hawaii and not spend time outside in the beautiful weather?'"

July 12, 2011 3:00 pm

"Hi, GT!" exclaimed an excited JD, clearly happy to talk with her. "You are calling kind of late."

"I know, JD, but Uncle and I were out snorkeling today."

"What is snorking?"

"Not snorking, snorkeling. It's swimming in the ocean with a special mask that let's you keep your face in the water and see all the pretty fish. I even took some pictures with an underwater camera, so that you can see what we saw."

"That sounds fun, GT. Can I do the snorky...snork...snorkling?"

Geet laughed at JD's difficulty in pronouncing the unfamiliar word. "Maybe. We'll talk about it when Uncle and I get home."

"What is Uncle doing, GT?"

"I don't know. Something in the kitchen. He wouldn't tell me what. The good thing is that you and I can talk while he's busy."

"Yay!"

"So, tell me what have you been doing? Have you had fun playing with Harsh and Stella?"

July 12, 2011 6:20 pm

"Maan, if you wanted to have a picnic at the beach, we could have stayed at the villa."

"I know, but you're always accusing me of only having one thing on my mind and I wanted to show you that's not true. Anyway, Keawakapu is supposed to be a great place for taking pictures, which I know you like to do. I thought it would be nice to have a picnic and watch the sunset."

"You are becoming quite romantic and thoughtful, Mr. Khurana," commented Geet as she watched her husband lay out the blanket and the food he had prepared.

"Remember that tomorrow, Mrs. Khurana."

July 13, 2011 4:40 am

"Maan, why do we have to get up so early? I'm so tired I want to go back to sleep." Geet yawned loudly, even the quick shower she had taken not fully waking her up.

"You can sleep in the car on the way to the airport."

"Airport! Where are we going?"

"Geet, we can't come to Hawaii and not visit Pearl Harbor. We are going for an all day tour and have to meet the plane by five thirty."

July 13, 2011 12:10 pm

"GT, when are you coming home? I miss you!"

"I miss you too, JD. Uncle and I are coming home Monday morning."

"GT, that's Meenal's birthday. Are you going to bring her a present?"

"Of course.

"GT, are you doing snorkling?"

"No, Uncle and I are touring Pearl Harbor today."

"What's that?"

"Pearl Harbor is a place that's very important in our country's history. What happened there is the reason our country entered World War II."

July 13, 2011 8:50 pm

"It was a great day, but I am so tired," complained Geet when Maan stopped the car and turned off the ignition. "All that walking! I don't think I can even move."

Maan chuckled and got out of the car, walking around to the passenger side in no time. Opening her door, Maan pulled Geet out and picked her up in his arms. Carrying her carefully inside, Maan was not surprised that she fell asleep before he even laid her down on the bed. Carefully Maan took off her shoes and stripped off her clothes before pulling the covers up over his sleeping bride. He then quickly shed his own clothes and got into bed beside her, pulling her gently into his arms.

July 14, 2011 11:00 am

"Maan, I swear you are going to go bankrupt. I mean, hiring a helicopter to fly us right from the vill to Sea Life Park, I don't know what that would cost, and this swimming with dolphins program, I heard how much that cost per person. It's crazy!"

"Geet, I'm not going to go bankrupt. If I hadn't chartered the helicopter, we would have had to get up hours earlier, and you were so tired last night."

"But Maan, what is the need to do such expensive things?"

"Geet, we can't experience every possible thing Hawaii has to offer, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't do what we have time for. Anyway, money is no object for me when it concerns you."

"Mr. and Mrs. Khurana, we're ready for you," called the trainer, and Maan and Geet left their mild discussion for some fun with dolphins.

July 14, 2011 2:30 pm

"GT, you saw lions?"

"No, JD not lions, sea lions."

"That's lions that swim in the water, right?"

"No, JD, a sea lion is not a lion. Look, I bought a toy sea lion. See what it looks like?"

JD looked closely at the screen, before exclaiming, "That's not a lion."

"That is what GT was trying to explain to you," remarked Maan, rolling his eyes at his nephew's continued lion talk.

"Maan," said Geet sternly, hitting his arm, "don't interrupt." Maan just shrugged his shoulders, grabbed her abandoned, melting ice cream and started eating it himself.

July 14, 2011 4:10 pm

"Maan, I'm tired from all the shopping. We got gifts for everyone, so what are we doing here? Can't we just go back to the villa now?"

Maan led Geet inside the famous Kahala resort, amused by her complaints. "Geet, you were the one who said that we should be out doing things, not lazying around all day."

"I know, but there's a limit to everything."

"I hope that limit can include a 2 hour spa treatment."

"What?" Geet's face clearly showed her confusion.

"Yes, I've booked an appointment for you at the spa here, so you can relax for a few hours before we have dinner at Hoku's."

"What are you going to do?"

"Oh, I plan to relax too. Go on. I think you'll like the treatments they offer, and trust me, with what I've got planned tomorrow, you'll be happy to have this down time."

Geet scowled at Maan, and had every intention of chastising him for his crazy plans. However, Maan preempted her scolding by kissing her cute nose, before taking the bags she was carrying. He then directed one of the spa employees to take her away and take good care of her.

July 14, 2011 6:30 pm

When Geet stepped out of the spa in the dress that had been sent over for her, she turned a lot of male heads. She couldn't very well have worn her swimsuit and wrap skirt to the restaurant, making necessary for Maan to arrange for alternate clothing. The beautiful, Hawaiin flower print dress fit as if it was made specifically for her body and emphasized every curve. Maan was no less stunning in his all black dress shirt and pants, the top three buttons left open, giving Geet a tantalizing glimpse of his muscular chest.

"You look stunning," said Maan, taking her hand in his and slowly bringing it up to his mouth for a sweet kiss.

"Thank you," replied Geet, blushing a little at the ardor she saw clearly in his eyes. "But, how did you know what size dress to get me?"

"Geet, we've been married for a week. With all the time we've spent together, you don't think that by now I would know my wife's size very well?"

Geet blushed harder and told him that they were in public, so not to start his naughtiness. Maan just laughed and drew her hand through his arm, before planting a quick kiss on her lips. Then he escorted her inside the restaurant, where they had a table waiting for the loves to enjoy a romantic dinner for two.

July 15, 2011 4:45 am

"Maan, why do you keep getting me up so early? And where are we going that you had to pack a suitcase for us?"

"Honestly, Geet, you sound like more of a child than JD, with all your complaining."

"Well, I wouldn't complain if a certain someone didn't keep me up half the night and let me get some sleep."

"Geet, you can sleep on the plane, now please, get in the car like a good girl." Geet continued to pout, but got inside the car anyway. Maan also got in after putting their luggage, and once again they were off to the Kahului Airport.

July 16, 2011 9:00 am

Text Message from: Geet

I can't believe it, I'm in Fiji! Fiji!!!!!!!

Text Message from: Naintara

OMG, are you kidding me?

Text Message from: Geet

Definitely not. I just spent almost six hours on a plane.

Text Message from: Naintara

I can't believe Veerji took you to Fiji too!

Text Message from: Geet

I know. It's crazy! Hey, I don't know when I'll be able to call JD. Give him my love please.

Text Message from: Naintara

Sure. Hey, that must be why he wanted you to take your passport.

Text Message from: Naintara

Geet, are you there?

Text Message from: Naintara

Geet?

"Maan, what is the hurry?"

"We have to meet our tour guide by nine fifteen. We need to drop off our bags with the hotel people before then."

"Can't we just go to the hotel first?"

"No, the tour that I booked picks us right up from the airport. Hurry up!"

July 16, 2011 2:50 pm

"I don't think I'll ever get used to the idea of traveling around in helicopters, but I promise to stop complaining about the activities you arrange. Honestly, those orchids were the most beautiful thing I've ever seen."

"I'm glad you're happy."

"I am. I just have one question. Not a complaint, just a question. What made you decided for Hawaii and Fiji? I mean, either one would have been fine."

"Well, Mrs. Khurana, perhaps you are forgetting who you married. Maan Singh Khurana never does things like ordinary people. Just Hawaii, or just Fiji, is ordinary. But both? That is something extraordinary. Just like the man you fell in love with."

Geet smirked at Maan's opinion of himself, but calmly asked, "Alright, 'man I fell in love with,' what's next on the itinerary?"

"Next, we visit the Fiji museum in the time we have left until it closes, before flying back to our hotel on Denarau."

July 16, 2011 4:30 pm

"Geet, do you want to rest or take a quick swim before we leave on our sunset cruise?"

"Sunset cruise?" asked Geet, looking up from the suitcase she was unpacking. "What sunset cruise?"

"The sunset cruise that we have less than an hour to until it picks us up."

July 16, 2011 8:45 pm

"Goodbye, Mr. and Mrs. Khurana. It was nice to meet you."

"Goodbye, Mrs. Tau. It was nice to meet you too," said Geet as she and Maan walked off the ship at the dock near their hotel.

"Good luck in your marriage," called Mr. Tau as the ship began to depart.

"Thank you," responded Geet, waving while Maan looked on silently.

As they walked back to their room, Geet looked at Maan through narrowed eyes, before commenting, "I don't know how I ended up with such a dusht danaav. It wouldn't hurt you to smile and talk with someone other than me, you know. I don't know what the Tau's must be thinking. Probably that you are the rudest man alive."

"Well, I don't see why you had to tell them our whole life story. These people are strangers to us, Geet."

"I did not tell them our whole life story. I simply answered a few of their questions about how we met. Anyway, you don't go on a cruise to be alone, you go to meet and interact with new people. That's what makes it fun."

"I'll remember that next time," said Maan grumpily, clearly put out at not having Geet's undivided attention.

"Hmph! I don't know what to do with you. We're so different, I'm not even sure what made me fall in love with you." Geet pulled out her brush and began to comb through her long hair, oblivious to Maan walking up behind her.

"What did you say?" asked Maan, grabbing her elbow and turning her to face him. "You don't know why you fell in love with me? Maybe I should give you a reminder."

"Maan, let go of me," said Geet nervously. "I...I need to call JD."

Maan shook his head, and moved his hands to the front of her blouse. "Just for once I'd like it if my wife could give me priority over my nephew. After all, he's at home, with Dev, Naintara, Dadi and Nakul to look after him. Who is here to look after me?"

Geet gulped as she stared into the intense eyes of her husband. Slowly, he began to undo her buttons, never moving his eyes from hers. When the last button was done, he slipped the blouse off of her shoulders, letting it drop haphazardly on the floor.

July 17, 2011 9:00 am

"GT, why didn't you call me yesterday?" JD's pout was bigger than usual as he asked that important question.

"I'm sorry, JD, I meant to, but Uncle and I were very busy yesterday."

JD thought about that for a moment and then seemed to accept the answer. "I was busy too, GT. Harsh and I went to Jake's house to play. We played all day and it was so fun."

Geet and JD talked for a few more minutes, with Maan occasionally interjecting his own comment, before JD asked, "GT, what are you doing now?"

"Uncle and I are going to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, here in the capital of Fiji. They are supposed to have really beautiful music."

"Oh. On Saturday?"

"It's not Saturday here in Fiji, it's Sunday."

July 17, 2011 11:15 am

"We only have three hours before we leave, Maan, shouldn't we be going back to the hotel?" Geet and Maan were walking down the main road in Nadi, casually holding hands when Geet asked her question.

"We will, but not just yet. We can't come to Fiji and not visit the largest Hindu temple in the Southern hemisphere."

Geet looked at Maan in confusion, then looked to where he pointed just beyond some trees. She could see some blue of an ornately decorated building, and was told by Maan that it was the Sri Siva Subramaniya temple. Geet knew that Maan didn't care much for religion, but she was happy that he respected her belief in God, and her regard for their families' culture.

July 17, 2011 2:00 pm

"Geet, if you don't hurry we're going to be late."

"It's not my fault. If you hadn't insisted on taking a quick swim before we leave, I wouldn't have needed a shower. Anyway, it's not like the plane can leave without us. It would be pretty ridiculous for a private jet to leave without it's paying passengers." Geet ran out of the bathroom, trying to dry her hair with a towel, before giving up and twisting it into a messy bun.

"True, but we don't need the flight to be delayed. It's a long enough trip back to Maui as it is."

"Did you make sure to put our swimsuits in a bag so they don't get the rest of our clothes wet?" demanded Geet as she searched the room to make sure they didn't leave anything behind.

"Yes, dear," answer Maan, thinking they both sounded like an old married couple, and loving it.

July 16, 2011 10:00 pm

Text Message from: Geet

Di, I know it's late and you are likely asleep. Just letting you know we're back in Maui. It was a long trip, so we'll probably sleep in late tomorrow. Let JD know please.

Geet watched Maan bring their bag back into their room and thought back to everything they had done over the past week. The entire trip had been beyond her expectations, and everything was entirely due to Maan. What had he not done to accommodate her preferences and to please her? What had he not done to give her surprise after surprise? Geet felt like giving him a surprise in return. Something that he would never expect, but thoroughly enjoy.

"Maan," she called softly, at the same time undoing her hair.

"Yes?" he responded absently, as he opened the suitcase and started taking out his clothes.

"Do you remember your suggestion the first day we came here?" Geet began unbuttoning her shirt, but Maan was too busy to notice.

"What suggestion?"

"The one that involved moonlight and swimming."

Maan looked at Geet in confusion as she slid her shirt off of her shoulders and dropped it on the bed. Then she rushed out of the room and down the stairs, before Maan had a chance to connect the meaning of her words with her actions. As soon as he did so, he rushed off to follow her, noticing her capris discarded at the bottom of the stairs.

When he saw her bra and panties lying abandoned on the couch, he couldn't stop the smile that spread across his face. Pulling off his own clothing, Maan quickly followed behind his wife's naked form as she rushed towards the shore. Just before Geet could step into the ocean, Maan rushed forward and picked her up in his strong arms. She squealed and laughed as he waded out into the warm water, the moon the only witness to that night's pleasant activities.

July 17, 2011 1:40 pm

"Maan, what are we going to do with our second Sunday? This is the last day of our honeymoon." Geet was draped over Maan's hard body, their legs intertwined, her head resting comfortably on his chest.

"I don't think I have to tell you what I'd like to do," replied Maan, as his fingers lazy drew patterns over her exposed back.

Geet sighed and shook her head, before shifting to look into his face. "It's not that I have objections, but don't you ever think of anything else, but making love?"

"Geet, I'm a man. What else would I be thinking of when I have my beautiful wife in my arms, all to myself?"

"Well, it's not as if we can stay in bed all day. We do have to pack before we leave."

"Why do I have a feeling that it's not the packing that is bothering you." Maan shifted slightly so that he could get a better look at Geet's face. "Tell me. What is it that you want to do before we leave?"

"Well," said Geet slowly, biting her lip, which severely tempted Maan to forget all conversation entirely. "We've done a lot of different activities, all of them wonderful, but we never did go dancing anywhere. I'd really like to go dancing someplace where they have traditional Hawaiian music."

"Dancing. You want to go dancing?" Geet nodded sincerely, and looked so hopeful that Maan said, "Alright, maybe we can find someplace in Kahului to spend an hour at before we leave tonight."

Geet flashed a huge smile, enchanting Maan with her simple beauty. He pulled her close for a kiss from her luscious lips, before turning his attention to the sensitive places along her neck and shoulders. They still had hours before they needed to think of leaving, and Maan intended to use that time to do some very private dancing with his very lovely wife.

July 17, 2011 9:45 pm

They were strapped in and waiting for the plane to start it's taxi down the runway, when Geet turned to Maan and said, "Thank you so much."

"For what?"

"For arranging for the best honeymoon possible. I don't think that even in my dreams I could have imagined anything more perfect than the last week we spent together. It was absolutely magical."

"Geet, it makes me happy to hear you say that, but know that I would do even more just for your one smile. I would give you the world if it was possible." Tears came to her eyes with the sincerity that came across in his voice.

"I don't need the world," she said emotionally. "I just need you. I love you so much."

"I love you too, Geet."

I LMFAO at all the texts to and fro between Naintara and Geet...and then how Maan threatened to take the phone away

Haiii

Keep it up...cant wait for more!!
