AbhIya & Werewolves : Of Love & Poor Alina

Okay, first things first , right? Kindly explain it to me that why were Abhay , Jeh and Dipannita ( referring to precap) treating Alina like load of crap? Both Abhay and Jeh knew that T had tampered with the brakes of the bike and above all Piya doesn't know how to ride a bike properly. Then , why the hell were they seething and screaming over that poor girl? Did anyone ask Alina what happened and how the accident came about. Keep Abhay aside, what was wrong with Jeh? First , he goes and screams at Abhay to move away from Piya as though Abhay is going to put her in a microwave ( Jeh , as of now , is unaware of Abhay's vampire identity and nor could he see from where he was if Piya was bleeding ) , then, instead of calming his obviously shaken sister , he beats the living daylights out of Alina verbally? For heaven's sake, she is your SISTER and if Piya was riding a bike that had no brakes , what is her fault in this? I hated the way Jeh spoke to Alina in that scene and if Piya was that wounded , why didn't you take her to a hospital instead of getting her home? What is the point of defending Alina in front of Abhay when you were abusing her for the same thing a while ago? Dips of course did a CRUELLA DE WALLACE act in the precap. I mean, poor Alina , man! Its like the whole world hates her . One can safely mistake her to be a new age Cinderella. Abhay , she is your next project – lag jaao kaam pe.
Bechaari Alina yaar. Band baaja baraat nikaal diya Jeh ne uska aaj aur Mom kal nikaal degi.
Temper cooled. Let's talk about the reason I watch this show – AbhIya. Aren't these such sadly tragic times for both of them? They both are trying to move on so desperately but their unified souls draw them back to each-other like magnets . The harder they try to run away from each-other , the closer they get . Or should I say the possessive and obsessive lover inside them doesn't allow them to move away from each-other. Abhay didn't need to make that sarcastic comment on Piya about how much people starve or eat in love but he did. Piya could have just tossed him a bitter retort and continued eating her sandwich but no , every word that Abhay directs towards her unleashes the original Piya in her. She cannot say anything to Abhay , she can't explain it to Jeh but whatever Abhay says or does affects her , hurts her , devastates her.
It was painful in an amusing and cute way to see Piya just get up and go for a bike ride to bitch about Abhay to herself . Not even knowing how to ride a bike properly, Piya just blindly went on that joyride , hoping that the emotional frustration and longing that she feels for Abhay would dissolve in the wind and the pain that he gives her would melt away. Abhay , like always , drove her to the limits of insanity.
And its amazing how creatives take care not to go wrong with the AbhIya connection. The moment Piya met with the accident , Abhay's mind flinched . She was in trouble , somewhere and her cosmic connection calls out to Abhay and he had to be there for her . The way he desperately asked everyone where Piya was and how he found her. And surprise! Creatives have good memory , right? Chaand had said that the one Abhay loves , her blood will call the animal inside him and it happened again. The same Abhay who never loses control on seeing anyone's blood , lost it on seeing Piya's blood- and you instantly remember Chaand's words. But then, Abhay has a control over the vampire in him and once again the lover triumphed over the animal and he squashed the urge to drink Piya's blood. Truly , a dangerous and dark love story but LOVE RULES.
Not much feeling to Abhay letting Jeh help Piya because sacrifice is Abhay's middle name and he deals with his pain very well. So, even the audience is like – chaltaa hai yaar , isko waise bhi sehne ki aadat hai….
Haven't we all wished that Piya's memory comes back on its own – echoing the hope that Piya's love for Abhay is beyond the supernatural barriers set by Abhay. Isn't it already? If Abhay's spell is anything to go by, then, Piya shouldn't be having flashes of her and Abhay either. But she is having them and they are getting stronger by the day. Its like the original Piya is beating her hands at the door of Piya Dobriyaal's memory and twisting her neurons to clear the way for her memory to come back. Abhay may have erased her mind but there is something called heart memory and its rising like a titan inside Piya – threatening to come crashing out any moment now. A small but powerful example was today when Piya went into a trance today seeing the fireplace – flashes of Abhay rescuing her from a fire . Even Jeh was initially shocked when Piya just lost all sanity and began to scream Abhay's name , demanding to see Abhay rightaway because she needed him. And lo! In came Abhay and Piya's eyes looked at him…. Beyond Pancchi. Beyond everything…..
It does seem that Piya's memory will come back on its own , throwing it in Abhay's face that he is just a supernatural , and he cannot override or overwrite fate. Piya , from any corner of her mind will come back to him. To her Abhay.
Oh! Did I love to see Abhay and Jeh on the same side even if for 30 seconds? Sigh! I wish they weren't enemies because they really would make a great team. Anyway.
P.S- If. I .See.Pancchi. One.More.Time.Sounding.Like.A.Demented.Floozie. I am going to request Miss.Dorabjee to please speak to creatives regarding her character instead of just blindly taking her pay cheques. Sickness in the name of a woman . Supersick.
WARNING: No negative comments on Alina's looks. Its not just insensitive , its plain retarded to even think in that direction.
