The entire crew of Pratigya was taken aback when Anupam Shyam who plays the character of Sajjan Singh in the show suffered a MAJOR HEART ATTACK.The 54 yr old actor complained of chest pain while shooting on monday afternoon.He was rushed and admitted to a hospital.
According to the reports,the actor SUFFERED A MILD HEART ATTACK ON SATURDAY but passed it off as chest ppain.He continued shooting and the stress intensified the pain leading to a SEVERE HEART ATTACK.
The creative team of the daily show produced by WalkWater Productions is now working on changing the story line a little till Anupam is fit to resume shooting.
''We shall miss him a lot.He is an integral part of the show,a source from the channel told mumbai mirror.
Gurudev Bhalla of WW production house said,''its unfortunate that this happened,we made sure that Anupam is in good hands.He has been admitted to the hospital and we are praying for his speeedy recovery."
The actor has been part of films like Lajja,Nayak,Dubai return,bandit queen,slumdog millionare.
