My take on Tumhari Disha - 15th June '05
I was kind of busy in the morn so cud not post my take earlier...sorry for that....
Inder acted the perfect peeping tom. But then from his dialogues after that it was proved that he understands what he did is wrong. He is not an negative character in the full sense. Par pyaar mein andhe is man ko kaun samjhaye !!! (Translation: who can convince mind which has been blinded by love). But then it takes guts to reveal the truth to Dish before proposing. So he wanted to be truthful to Dish though a bit late !!!!
Finally Inder's dad makes an appearance !!! But then I really dunno what he is going to do.....btw i had a thot yesterday..maybe Rano's child will be born the same minute when Inder ends his life !!! in a typical filmy fashion.....:)
DK thinks of Dish while immersing the bappa idol....did he think of immersing (that is banishing) his thoughts abt her as well !!! (as she is now married to his bro according to him !!!). But I only hope that he remembers that his mum's last wish was to return his Disha to him !!! (Tumhari Disha).
No Ved and Gargi 2day. I guess we need to wait until Friday (as TD is now coming on fri as well from this week in India) to find out what is their intention (evil ??) which mite end as the friday's cliffhanger.
Acting wise the focus was on Inder and Dish yesterday. Suprisingly Inder brought out the confused emotions in him quite well. He actually came across as a man who is undergoing a emotional turmoil and is kind of confused and dejected with life. Dish is once again thinking of mum and Rano before leaving the place. But I wonder what will happen that wud force Inder to take his life. But it mite happen in today's episode I guess. btw There are phone in the place why dosen't dish call up DK and speak with him. and its still night time..what mode of transport that she think she will get b/w Pune and Mumbai and that too for a lady who is all alone.
I wonder what more twists (apart from the 'twirl in the rain') are going to be cooked up 'Film Farm' to prolong the Ds union and sustain the TRPs. From Samy's article looks like there will be a new addition to the cast by name Kanchan. My bets on this character are either a negative character in support of Ved and Gargi or a lawyer to fight for Dish if she goes to jail (hopefully not like Meera of KSKBT. a serial in Star plus. Let me not go into details of KSKBT now. But in case u r wondering let me know I will post details later on the same thread ). and Memsaab Pls don't shock us any further by saying that she can be a daughter after the leap. If she happens to be Dish's long lost sis then I don't think that this info wud be revealed upfront.
