I think I agree with you. It totally depends where you live. 'coz I love summer in US..but summer in India..umm I think I prefer winter in India and winter is US are just toooooo cccccold!!

yeah ur def rite...not only does the country matter but also the cities within the same country...yeah the onset of monsoon in india is really something....😊just love the smell of rain...😛
