Shyam's Importance in Raizada House - OMG!!!

Shyam seems to have A LOT of importance in teh Raizada house, everyone loves him, everyone listens to him, everyone consults him, EVERYTIME!!!😕😕

This same guy has been away for months and months and no one seems to say anything, Arnav is also a businessman, and i am guessing a more successful one then Shyam's 'supposed' job, so how does everyone so easily accept his disappearance acts all the time.

First it seemed that it was Anjali that held the family together, now it seems that Shyam is too on the bandwagon, the way everyone treats him and how he is able to get everyone to his way of thinkins is astounding me right now. I cant believe that the Raizada family can be so blind and gulliable to his acts. I understand they have not seen the other side to him, and have only seen the sweeter lovable, husband, brother in law, son in law side, BUT COME ON!! did this family do no checks into this guys past before the Anjali union and afterwarsd, how on earth has be managed to pull the wool over their eyes for so long.. Everyone believes whatever he says without giving it a second thought, even though his face and expressions give a completely different story, these people are blind or something😕

Anjali was not able to make ASR stay in the house without stipulation, but one conversation with this Shyam and ASR completely did a U-turn. Not to mention Nani, this woman actually is consenting to a LIVE IN RELATIONSHIP!!!!!😲😲 i couldnt believe my ears, WTH seriously what jaadu has he done to this family, what did he put in those jalebis he made yesterday, some hypnotic potion or something😆😆. This is getting a bit beyond ridiculous that this family are yes, yesing to everything SHYAM is saying without much thought, but when their own family member suggests the same thing, it is thrown out the window as being insolent talk.

I mean come one ASR is this big shot business-man who is able to deduce the acts of people and figure out his oponents and bring them down, this is how he has shot to fame, and yet he is the one who is being fooled the most (before Anajli that is), or is he just sweeping all his thoughts under the carpet just for the happiness of his sister and is willing to overlook the inconsistencies in Shyam's comments/life for her😕

lol isnt it ironic tho?!?!?! who they think is "bad" is actually very good..n who they think of as bhagwan (shyam) is actually very bad..he has bad intensions..sometimes when someone tries to be too much of a goody two shoes...u shud get a slight hint...i mean no one is always too much of a goody two shoes..n plus...i think Abhhas got a very nice role..i mean shyam is such an important character in the play...its like not even funnyy...kinda does move the story foward..keeps mystery n everything..so fa reverythigng thts going to happen bad/good who knows is pointing out to shyam..n his misdeeds..wow..n might i add..he's playing it very well..tho i dont like shyam..its actually good to see him w/ anjali..they do make a cute pair..i cud rejoice in it like arhi's n payash's only if he wasnt sucha lowly bas*ard !!! n actually meant everything he does for his wife..instead of thinking of it as a mere responsibilty!!

potion in jalebi may be :) very valid points. But shaym is lawyer today also shyam said. And importantly stage is being set for kushi to be hated . But i liked the epi a very fast pace one . With so many happenings.

Abhaas is doing a very good in his portrayal of shyam, i applaud the guy, its been a while aince i seriously disliked a character on tv!!.

Exactly what sort of a lawyer is he that he is away all the time, and i cannot believe that ASR did not look into his past or his stataments ever.

Shyam is too goody goody that its not even funny now, he always says he right thing to keep everyone in his side, he butters eveyone in rhe house in different ways. The family should know if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Illriya, great post. I'm stunned to see the family so gullible and especially Nani who is a strong believer and protector of culture. How can she allow another girl to live like a bhau before marriage and prove she is the right girl? She hates Lav and yet she agrees to allow Lav to roam around her home. Shyam just seems to make everyone fall for his words whether it is the Raizada's or Guptas. Arnav seems to genuinely like and trust him because his sister has such great faith in Shyam.

I couldnt believe Nani and what she agrees to. This woman values culture and sanskaar how could she say yes to all of this.

On a side note did people notice how ASR does not say I Love You back to Lavanya like ever? she says it to him all the time and he doesnt reply back to her.

Illyria, I also noticed Arnav's reluctance to say I love you back to Lav. It seems that he does not believe her words and simply ignores her. I would love to see Arnav admit his love for Khusi infront of Lav.

Yes, shyam is such a pivotal character and he has so many nuances to him. I do find it shocking to read that someone as orthodox as nani would agree to a live in relationship, esp when her main reason for disliking Blah is her lack of "culture" and tradition. All this is clearly intended to demonstrate how strong Shyam's hold on everyone is and how he is the silver tongued snake- a clear hint that when it comes to his word against anyone else's the Rzs will be firmly on his side?
