I have been wondering why they did not introduce the doctor who had operated on Anandi again while J was studying. I just realized that maybe they are saving him for a future dhanadhan for Gaur.
J and G are under the assumption that everything would get normal once they get back to Mumbai. They can even playact being a married couple.
what if that doctor meets J in the college and quotes J and A as an annecdote. G will get to know that J wanted to become a doctor when he saw the doctors perform a miracle with Anandi. With the entire college knowing that J is now with G, they will also know that J was married and probably has abandoned her.
Do you guys think this scenario is possible?
