Yes interesting. Whichever way we look at it both has its merits.
Some say charity begins at home. If we cannot take care of individual problems then how are we to face larger global issues.

Hmmm! It does have merits at both the sides. But don't you think that if there was no place for enemy competition among the countries on the name of patriotism then the whole world would have been a lot better?

Creation is basically variety and choices, and this leads to differences.

I think a bit of discord, fights and quarrels etc is part and parcel of evolution and creation.

If the whole world is in perfect peace and perfect harmony it would be a pretty grand sight. Then it would be time for the Creator to call it a day and hang up his gloves.😆
