Socially and Legally he is my husband kahene wali Gouri ...ab kya khud ko is schchai se bacha paayegi? kya woh Anandi ka such apna paayegi...?

Force se kya hoga ? J cannot do anything but request - that too via letters. He is not welcome back - he can't be sure who will pick up the home phone and legally - what reason can he cite to DEMAND a divorce ??

Yes its not possible to unanimously do the Divorce. First Jagya will have to file a writ in court for the Divorce. And think of it what if Anandi files a counter case on Jagya about his invalid marriage. Forget the Divorce, Jagya will have to go to Jail for breaking a Law.

Also its not possible to get divorce immediately. Minimum six months are required to get a divorce and that too court will verify why Divorce is required. And during verification if someone (witness) reveals that Jagya did a invalid marriage before divorce, he will go to Jail for sure.

All he had was a locket Dadisa gave him as a family heirloom - he gave that away too to a lowly chaprasi.. he has no funds..except the Doctors fee Bhairon gave him for treating DS...!!

Anandi is staying with his parents in the house where she has lived for the past 16 yrs(minus the 5 she spent at her mom's). She is not enjoying any property !!

Divorce is an unheard of term in villages - plus she loves him too much to leave him. She has very gallantly allowed him to stay with his KEEP which not many women might do...She loves him too much to let go..please - get your facts right
