Every body on the forum is discussing about the legality or (illegality) of Jagya-Gauri marriage.
J-A were married as children therefore their marriage is also illegal. J-G marriage, they married as adults then how is their marriage illegal?
Have I missed some thing since I am not able to understand?
I am really confused!!!

You can check the above two threads...
Jagya's and Anandi's marriage is still valid as they didnt cancel their marriage in court even after 2 years after they turned 18.

If Anandi chooses she can file a case on Jagya which she didnt yet file.

Any child marriage become legal if the couple stays together for two years and so JaAn weddding was Legal. Jagya should have taken divorce from Anandi and THEN should have marry Gauri to make that wedding legal. Since he didnt do it. JaGa marriage is illegal as Hindu Marriage act doesnt let anyone hold two wives at the same time. Hope it helped. In futute , please post any queries in the help desk only.
