Bani's sister Rano meanwhile decides to learn driving. She unfortunately asks for assistance from Jai's sister Jigyasa's son Sahil since Jigyasa believes Rano is trying to ruse Sahil into a relationship. So while Jigyasa is silently seething with a chance at vendetta, amateur driver Rano accidentally collides with Roshni's car injuring her rather critically. Jigyasa makes music out of this misery by inviting Roshni, who is Jai's ex-flame, into the house for recuperation. Even Masi has to agree to this arrangement owing to Roshni's grave condition. Roshni all the better for a chance to get closer to Jai makes the most of her stay in the house. Jai too has to consent to the invalid.
This turn of events, unexpectedly, does not go well with Bani. All the while, though she has been trying to resist Masi's overtures in bringing her closer to Jai, she has perhaps unknowingly, started weakening her resolve. She starts feeling uncomfortable about Roshni's presence in the house, much to her own astonishment. Is it possible that she, who could have given her life to be free of the alliance with the man she had come to hate, actually begin to fall in love with him? Is it because of the sacred bond of matrimony or is it pure submission to the heart's innermost desires? Why is Bani feeling the impalpable emotion of possessiveness and affection towards a man who she cannot even accept as her lawfully wedded husband? Or can she?
