actually TMK was a flop...lol and poor aki gets the backlash. Whenever a kat movie flops, the blame goes to the actors of the movie whether it was salman or other actors in the movie. But whenever the movie becomes a hit, all credit goes to kat...haha

No doubt Salman played a role in Katrina's success, but she also got where she is by working hard, she hasn't let criticism get to her instead she becomes more determined to prove critics wrong. I like her determination and admire her for what she has achieved in the time she has been in Bollywood.

While I agree on what the article says abt Kat...but I disagree with what the article has to say abt Kat's industry rivals. These days all the top heroines have their own space and enough work to indulge in catfight. Rather its the top males who are having fights all the time whether its SRK, Salman, Aaamir, Big B so on.

Coming to Kat I feel Kat is smart enough to know her limitations. She knows she can only do glam roles and sticks to them. Unlike Indian actresses who after a certain amount of success start craving for respectability of National Awards/critical acclaim. For example Karisma, Kareena, Raveena, Priyanka. All these actresses have acting abilities of various degrees but not really the level of say Smita Patil. But became popular more thru glam roles but wanted to be known as a good actress which made them dilute their market standing with heroine oriented roles. They were also successful to some extent.

Katrina in contrast knows she can never aspire of a national award(despite Prakash Jha's claims). So she sticks to doing films which require her to provide glamour. Even her endorsements have a bent towards glam and aspirational proucts. She most importantly is diplomatic and doesnt pick fights with anyone...not even profressional rivals. She is cordial with everyone. We have never heard any gossip of tantrums from Katrina. So why wont anyone want to work with her?
