I think Dipania is a ware wolf and Jay is her real son (means he is ware wolf too).

and Neal is son of real Dipanita who already died. Hense Neal is not ware wolf, and Abhay came to know this face by any chance. Thats why he saved Neal from Chand and Haseena.

Hmm you might be right because when Abhay & Misha found Neel in the jungle in a pool of blood Abhay seemed restless, but then if he found out that he is human then why did he goes we'll see which doctor deepanita calls.. this show is also confusing because Neel was talking to that phone wala guy that day, and he has that injury on his chest too :S
