Nah but seriously, the ease with which he admits that was so endearing...He was so right when he said that Gulaal did not let him forget that there is or rather was a relation between them other than love...
That was a poignant thing to say na...It was almost a secret out...
The Love, which Kesar did not want to forget, and Gulaal could not forget...

But still, Kesar has climbed that higher pedestal ...and Gulaal is standing there...down there...looking up at him and wondering how come he is so small and far away...for the first time may be she is needing to look UP there..instead of down and feel indulgent ...and may be that is why she is cranky????

Kesar has truly RISEN in love na😳 I am so proud of him 👏


He will do anything for that and so it doesnot enter his brains that to how much lengths he had gone to achieve that...it is when SHE points it out that he realizes that he has been TOO sweet ...so sweet that it has turned poison...Neil was sooo brilliant saying dat line, I cud feel his frustration

I love and absolutely love that even shattered beyond imagination...he does not throw or let go of the flowers...he walks to the frame and puts those flowers before the photo of him and Vasant...
Somehow it felt like he was paying homage...
Dont know it also felt like he was seeking blessings or saying sorry...
Blessings because he so knows that Vasant is the only one who can solve this whole mess and sorry because he was gonna say something to Gulaal in front of Vasant which might hurt her...
Dont know the way he put those flowers had some deeper meaning which I still am not able to grasp..Me 2...I have tried to read lots of interpretations of dat scene but I think there is more to it

And then the way he says ...how can she weigh him in the scales and find him wanting everytime...He is so hurt by this..the bond that they share is something ABOVE any kind of measurements..you cannot quantify that ... how can she?? she is the one who actually taught him that ...and now she is doing the same??? weighing him in golden scales??? Xactly, she just can't accept dat sum1 can do sumthng 4 her unintentionally

And he then puts the master stroke..that her problem is that she thinks more about his love than him...Highlight of the conversation, she has been thinking so hard abt it dat she has almost forgotten the bond they shared, much before dat

Because for him, the love he has is a part of him, he breathes, eats, drinks and lives that love..he doesnot have to THINK about that...

Whereas for Gulaal 'Taking' 'receiving' someone's love has become an alien concept...she is like the sun...dispensing sunshine to each and everyone...she cannot be 'accepting' someone's light...
And that is what Kesar is doing...bringing Sunshine in Gulaal's world...

And the way he says why he did what he did after the Deeyarvatu...well, we all knew that...and Gulaal knew that too...She knows HER Kesar...it is just that she needed some kind of consolation from him, because she could not understand her own feelings...
Feeling of Happiness, bliss...something which she had not felt for years...
The woman is freaked out...Correct!

And the end sentence...
Kesar did hesitate for one fraction of second na...however he says that he is ready to let her go...but when he says that he will not show her his face from now on ...there is a sense of panic in his voice, Boy!! full marks to NB for that...He says dst almost crying...potraying how hurt he was, NB is awesome.
But he will do it...and the parting shot...for her happiness...

Gulaal stumped...and we are in for some mega treat...kucch v bt nt dat Shayar and Terrorist...both just make me wanna slap sum1

I just could not get one sentence...the one he said...'Na tu aage badhti hai, na mujhe ko badhne deti hai'...Areey...it was like moving beyond 'Love' or the pati-patni relationship tag and trying to revive the nameless bond dat binds them together
I did felt an ominious ring to it...
I know what he said, why he said but still this sentence just freaked me out...Whenever I see Talli I get freaked out, I tell u one more Kes-Talli scene and I will start punching random ppl on the street, so damn frustrating...I hate the triangle😡

True True...the actors, the music, the scenario, the cinematography, and the props...like Vasant's and Kesar's photu and the small nuances like Kesar putting the white flowers before that...Somehow they make this whole things sooo special😳

Kesar has indeed truly risen, truly matured in his love...today we saw that evolution...wherein the original traits are very much there but that constant angry turmoil has now been replaced more by hurt...just bone deep hurt...That is what finally cut through to Gulaal after all this time...That and the fact that Kesar kept his head even in all his hurt...that every line he said to her was bang on and nothing that she could argue against or shut out...
I like the way you said it..'bone deep' ...That is so true..and his weary expression at all this so reflect that ...he had hidden that hurt that pain under the layers of Gulaal's happiness...but now she ripped him open with those accusation, and his pains and hurt just oozed out...and she could see what had she done...
Manasi was superb in enacting that transition of expressions on Gulaal's face and the understanding finally dawning on her too...this expression said it all in my opinion...when he told her that he'll stay away from her now:

Oh that was one fantastic reaction that she reflected on her face..not completely open like Kesar...but still an emotion coming out of the woman, repressed since years..and enlightenment in the form of the feeling that dhani/Bulbul said she would feel when he would not be in her life anymore...


And Neil toh was fantastic anyways...goes without saying :-)

Regarding that "na tu aage badhti hai, na mujhe badhne deti hai' line...I didn't find anything very ominous to it...not in the direction that Gulaal will STILL try to push Talli onto him...rather I think this will have a reverse effect...Gulaal will go into major guilt mode for KESAR for a change...she is just starting to realize how much she has hurt HIM.
Nah, I wanted to understand his wish to 'aage badhna' ...you know..I know Gulaal will have the reverse effect..What I want to know Kesar's point of saying this...Where does he see himself going?? that is what I want to know..because Kulli is giving me jitters...
