Maan called her late at night after the party. She didn't have a face to talk to him. She really felt ashamed of her act & he spoke to her like nothing happened. She was scared he might be disturbed abt the media but he sounded more concerned abt her health. She didn't say much but answered in in yes or no's.

Next day he called to check on her, she just broke down & started crying. He didn't know wat exactly was disturbing her. He got really worried..jaan kya baat hain.
Every time he said jaan she just felt like crying more.

She sobbed silently trying to hide her cry..but her hiccups gave way.
Plz.. stop it.. he was getting restless.. he would have shouted.. he almost did.. she immediately became silent... He closed his eyes..calming himself. He really didn't know how to handle her when she cried.
He could make out she was still in tears.
Kya hum mil sakten hain aaj he urged. It was more of a plea. He knew he could console her better if he was with her. She was in no position to refuse. She herself wanted to meet him. She nodded ..
he repeated again..plz jaan kya hum aaj mil sakten hain?
He really sounded desperate now.
Thats when she realized she was nodding her head. She immediately softly said yes.

she wondered how on earth was she going to spend all these hrs without seeing him.

Maan caught up with his work but some part of him still wondered wat would have gone wrong. He was already hurt her enough & now again he has gone & done something that has made her cry. It was the first time in his whole life he has remained so disturbed on personal level.

Afternoon Sanjeevini
Geet was sitting the cafeteria & staring at her sandwich.
Amy came & took the sandwich..agar tune nahi kahana hain tho main kha letha hoon
she smiled weakly.. khalo
amy was taken a back. Had it been another day she would have fought back, pulling & snatching the sandwich. Geet got up to leave. He held her hand & pulled her back.. kya baat hain.
She blinked her lashed couple of times to hide her tears..kuch bhi tho nahi
amy - main ne socha tha ki, every thing was sorted between u both
she nodded
amy - phir ?
She didn't know how to explain her insecurity & now that led to all this media problems for him again. She just hated herself.
Ridz came & placed her coat on the table. She looked at amy & questioned lifting her brows. He seemed as clueless as she was.
Ridz squeezed geets hand softly caringly - kya huwa bolna
she cried out ..he wanted me to come for that event last night
amy - woh page 3 wala
Geet - umm
ridz - u didn't go.. & all this media thing.. & don't tell me he is blaming u for all that.
Geet looked down feeling pathetic.. nahi.. how she wish he blamed her.. atleast she would have felt less miserable

ridz - is ur parents again worried abt the media stuff

I didn't go with him because..I was feeling scared to get close to him.
Amy - why? U don't like him?
Geet - I love.. she paused & hugged ridz.
Amy & ridz patted her back.
Geet - I don't know how to tell him or ask him wat he feels. I don't know anything abt him.

Amy - dar kis baat ka pagli
Geet - wat if somethings goes wrong again
amy - nothing will go wrong, just relax yaar
Geet - tum log nahi samjhogen
ridz - asien kyun bol rahi hain
Geet - u know amy loves u & he knows u love him.. I don't know anything abt wat he feels.
Ridz - offcourse he loves u yaar.
Geet - thats why he just broke the engagement. He didn't even think abt me once.
Amy - tumne bhi tho break kiya tha
Geet - we were not that close then
amy - how close exactly are u now?
Geet looked away, she really didn't want to discuss that. She was guilty that she lead to his defame.
Ridz - give ur self a break sweety. Just for once give ur relationship a chance.
Amy - tum log dono baten kam break up jyada karthen ho
Geet really felt odd. Thats wat she has seen them doing then why was it so odd abt her & maan, just because it is an arrange marriage. She knew they won't understand her. No one seem to understand her. she just tried to keep herself aloof rest of the day.

Nothing seemed to reduce her guilt. She didn't know how she was going to face him. When Maan came to pick her up she was quiet. He came & hugged her warmly.
Maan - how r u feeling now?
he asked moving to run his hand gently over her cheek. She liked that, his hand felt warm and also made her feel a special. A warmth inside, the amazing feeling of being loved something she was craving for. He began to softly stroke her hair looking at her in love & care. She smiled back weakly, a light blush on her face as she continued to bask in the lovely warm, content feeling she felt when he held her close to him in his strong arms though the guilt was just killing her deep inside.
Geet - better now
he sighed in relief. His gesture, his concern just made her feel more quiet.
He walked her to the car. She silently followed. He got back behind the wheels & waited for her to settle. He watched her closely, she looked disturbed. He tried to be at his best behavior. He was really scared deep inside, he knew she had all the right to be angry on him for breaking the engagement, when their relationship had already gone way beyond just exchanging rings.
