In my opinion Adnan did the right thing in asking Sargam to remove his cap and that too on stage. He is such a small kid and at this stage to believe in lucky charms and things like that is going to harm him very much in the years to come. It is only his dedication and hard work at his riyaaz (practice music) that is going to help him and nothing else. As far as Kailash Kher's remark is concerned, he was just joking that maybe the removal of cap did something wrong.
Sargam has good potential and will be good in the years to come if he keeps up his passion for music.
