Personally, my answer is yes, Jay should be forgiven, but NOT NOW. It should take a while, that's when he will realize that he shouldn't have hidden anything from Sarika.

Yep I voted that Jay should be forgiven but not too soon. He lied to Sarika and hurt her feelings and she should teach him a good lesson and he will think twice before doing something like this again.

personally no... jay was selfish he onli thrt abt himself n his happiness becos he simply cudnt live without sarika bt he didn't once think abt her or her happiness... jay has loved sarika for a few weeks/months bt sarika has dreamed 2 b a doctor since many yrs hw can his wish which onli cme abt a few weeks/months ago mean mre thn a dream/wish she n her own mother has seen for her since many yrs... he claims 2 love sarika truly yt didn't think twice b4 giving her the biggest pain of her life... becumin a doctor is summut sarika has always been passionate abt n jay in his selfishness ruined her life... n love n marriages isnt abt considering ur own happiness bt the other person whom ur in love with/married too...everything from mine and yours becomes ours after marriage and in love bt sadly with jay its always remained mine and yours evn after love n even in marriage

i also think he should not b forgiven that easily he hurt everybody's feelings ...they should teach him a lesson n above all sarika should have teach him a lesson for hurting her feelings
