WOW…What a rocker of an episode…Finally we see a good, old-fashioned romantic scene between Jai and Bani…and after a gazillion years, Jai smiles and smiles at Bani for a change. And please, all doubting Thomas's can be put to rest, because Bani is confirmedly in love with Jai….infact she seems to be besotted by him, much to Jai's embarrassment of course. I think that Jai has already guessed what is in his pretty wife's head! (And does he look glad by the thought, Khadoos sudhar raha hai!)😉
Episode commences with Jai shown sleeping in his Car and its morning. Jai wakes up and rubs his eyes and the moment he turns to see out, Bani is standing out…Jai keeps staring at her as if he is seeing a ghost. Bani looks petrified and before she can even open his mouth, he comes out of the Car and starts shouting on her. (Never leaves that to chance!) Jai is really angry and tells her that why does she keep following him everywhere like a lamb and he had sent her to Mount Abu for work and what the hell is she doing in Goa. Someone comes and asks Bani if everything is alright, and Bani very coolly tells the guy that "Yeh husband wife ke aapas ka mamla hai…" Jai keeps staring at Bani when she says this and looks really shocked at her statement. Bani looks really scared of Jai but somehow manages to tell him please cool down and at least come to your room. Jai looks really irritated and angry but leaves with Bani to go to his Hotel room. 😕
As they reach Jai's room, Jai immediately begins his tirade again and tells her that he had sent her to Mount Abu for work and why is she forgetting that he is her Boss and she is his employee and how dare she leave her work and loiter around in Goa, following him. Bani tries to interrupt him and explain to him, but Jai is in no mood to listen, just then someone knocks on the door and Bani excuses herself from Jai and goes and opens the door. Jai is knocked out of his sense to see Mausi and Dadi in his room and he keeps looking at Bani in shock. Mausi comes in and tells Jai that they saw the conference being telecasted directly on the Television and all his colleagues and friends were there, even that Roshni Chopra (Mausi and Dadi make a bad face when they say this..Lolz) but why wasn't Bani with him. Jai just keeps staring at Mausi with his mouth open look (Why does he always need Bani's aid to make an excuse, Mausi uski hai yeh iski?) Bani as usual comes in promptly to save her hubby's neck and tells Mausi that she was in the room as she had eaten something wrong and wasn't feeling well, but she saw the Live Telecast on Television. Mausi is convinced and anxiously asks Bani if she is ok, Bani politely replies that she is now perfectly fine and why did Mausi and Dadi have to come all the way for such a small thing. Mausi smiles and says that whatever a Mother does for her child is always less and she was worried whether Bani was happy or not. Mausi and Dadi take leave, leaving Bani and Jai alone in the room.
Jai keeps staring at Bani while she kind of hides a smile and tells him that Aditya Uncle called her up in Mount Abu and told her to go to Goa as Mausi and Dadi are reaching there. Jai just keeps staring at Bani without saying anything, while Bani kind of smiles softly and very shyly asks Jai, "Kya aapke employee ko aapka Bathroom istemaal karne ki permission hai…" Jai has a very intense look on his face, he keeps looking at Bani (God….no wonder Bani has fallen hook, line and sinker for him, those eyes can just about kill anyone!) and nods his head and she kind of blushes and goes to the Washroom, leaving a still shocked Jai. (Such an egoist didn't once say sorry to her!)🤢
Pia is shown walking out of her room and coming to the Living Room in her Night-gown and Pushkar's Mother asks her to come and join Seema and her for Tea. Pia just makes a funny face while joining them. Seema Bhabhi then comments to Pia that she shouldn't have come down to the Living Room in her Night Dress since Mahesh is still at home. Pia very rudely answers back that what problem does Mahesh have with her Night-dress. Seema is irritated and says that it is general courtesy in Indian Households that the Daughter-in-Law's of the House are properly clothed when they are in front of the Male members of the House. Pushakar's Mother very kindly tells Pia that there is no problem with her clothes but it does not look nice that you come down in the Living Room in the same clothes in which you slept and that she should change and come. Pia is very rude to Ma and tells her that if she wants to support Seema, then she better do it openly and not play games. Ma is shocked and tries to reason with Pia, but she is extremely rude with her and says that all the people in the house have a problem with her. Pushkar comes in and asks what is going on, Pia tells Pushkar that your Mother and Bhabhi always have a problem with me and now they are telling me not to come down to the Living Room in a Night-gown, Pushkar tells Pia that they are not wrong, and he supported her when he felt she was right, but now she is wrong and she should wear proper clothes and come infront of the Family Members. Pia is enraged and storms off to her room. Ma tells Pushkar that there was no need for him to interfere and yeh toh aurton ki baatein hai, Pushkar tells Ma that if Pia is wrong, she will have to accept and rectify it, she cannot get away with everything.😡
SUPER ROMANTIC SEQUENCE BETWEEN JAI AND BANI (MUCH AWAITED)👏
Jai is waiting outside the Bathroom, looking irritated and confused and kind of dazed, he keeps glancing at his watch and wonders why the hell is Bani taking so long (Lolz…typical husband, all of them have a problem with the wives using the Bathroom for too long!) and gets that cute, irritated look of his. He then gets up and goes towards the Bathroom (Hello…irada kya hai…want to barge in or what?) and is about to knock on the door, when Bani opens it…she has just taken a bath and looks fresh like a mountain apple and her wet hair is combed in front of her shoulders. Jai is thunderstruck and keeps looking at her, as if just struck by her beauty. Bani looks at him and immediately blushes and keeps her head down, Jai just keeps looking at her, mesmerized! Bani is really shy and as she tries to go out, Jai (being the bulkier and broader of the two) is getting in the Bathroom and suddenly Bani's head softly hits Jai's Chest (Broad Chest, btw….Oooh, this guy is just the height of sexiness!) and as Bani looks taken aback by the unanticipated turn of events, she realizes that her hair is struck in Jai's Coat Buttons! Bani tires to lift her head from his chest, Jai holds her by her shoulder (Aaj toh Bani ki lottery lag gayi!) and tells her quietly to just be still and that he will entangle her hair, else her hair might break. (God, is this guy romantic or what!). Bani is crimson now, as Jai takes Bani's entangled hair gently in his hand and slowly strand by strand gets them off his Coat Button. Bani still has her head on his Chest and she is like totally rattled, in a happy way and her face shows a mixture of shyness and surprise! Jai at first has no expression, but then as he takes off all of Bani's hair and she lifts her head shyly to look at him, he is not able to suppress his smile and he gently pushes Bani away from him (Not able to describe properly…as in he helps her to get outside his way) and then both of them have this awesome eye connection. Bani ka toh pura haal uske muh par chapa hua hai…she looks radiant and shy while Jai looks slightly confused but also awkward (in a nice sort of way) and they part ways.😳
Bani then goes and stands in front of the Mirror and keeps gazing at herself with a totally quiet and bashful look. And then suddenly her inner voice says that what is happening to me, why am I getting such feelings, what is wrong with me. Bani suddenly realizes that she is not able to match her own reflection in the mirror and blushing beetroot red, she averts her gaze from the Mirror! (Bani ka toh Full toss ho gaya…totally clean bowled by Mr. Walia!)😳😃
Meanwhile, Pia is shown in her room and she calls up Bani at Walia House but is very upset to learn that Bani has gone to Goa with Jai! (Hey, she is already getting jealous!) Pia begins crying and thinking that I wanted to talk to you so desperately didi and you are also not there. Pushkar comes from behind and asks Pia that what was the need to over-react so much with Ma and Bhabhi. Pia also fights back with him and after arguing a little bit, Pia gets personal and tells Pushkar that she has left too much to marry him, Pushkar is agitated and tells her that if she thinks she has sacrificed a lot, then so has he. Pia tells him that there was someone who was so madly in love with her that he was willing to give her all the happiness of the World and was ready to rebel against everyone for her happiness (referring to Jai, her Jeejaji!). The moment Pia says this, Pushkar who was slightly in control till now completely loses his cool and tells her very angrily that if she dare mention something this again, there would not be anyone worse than him. Pia keeps quiet and tells Pushkar that she has made the biggest mistake of her life by marrying him. (Itni jaldi…..)🤢
Jai and Dadi are sitting in the Coffee Shop of the Hotel and generally chatting, while Bani is shown standing near the Window and staring at the Ocean. She has the same look she had when she was standing in front of the mirror and she looks like she is in a real dilemma. Mausi comes in and notices Jai chatting happily with Dadi and Bani standing separately gazing at the Ocean with a far-off lost look on her face. Mausi just nods her head in exasperation and goes and gets Bani with her and makes her sit right opposite to Jai. Bani is feeling so awkward with her sudden awakening of romantic feelings that she is not able to face Jai, and he also looks a little uncomfortable, but as usual does look at Bani, unblinkingly. ❤️
Mausi then tells both Jai and Bani that what is wrong with both of them, "Tum logon ka chakkar kya hai?" As soon as Mausi says this, both Jai and Bani are embarrassed to the core and avert their gazes, while Mausi says that even though both of you are married, you are so formal and distant from one another and so shy that I haven't even seen you both talking to one another. Mausi then goes on to explain that a marriage needs time and love to build and that Jai and Bani, both of you are not just committed to one another for this life, but for the next seven lives as well. Mausi tells Jai that as a husband it is his duty to take care and shower love on Bani, as she is his wife and soul mate also and that he should pay more attention to her and take her out somewhere. Bani kind of blushes a lot while Jai looks really awkward and inhibited. Mausi talks about her marriage and says that even though her husband is no longer alive, the love and understanding that they shared over the years still lingers in her memory and that is why she is still so happy remembering the times she spent happily married. Mausi explains that marriage is not just a coming together of two people but two souls also and it must be built with love, trust and caring. Bani has her head bowed down as her face shows a mixture of happiness and hurt and Jai looks confused and guilty. Dadi realizes how odd both of them must be feeling.😆
ANOTHER SUPER-CUTE ROMANTIC SCENE BETWEEN J & B
The next scene shows Jai and Bani at a Shopping Mall, with Bani all coy and shy and stealing glances at Jai who is talking on the phone to Mausi and telling her that yes I have got Bani for shopping (Lolz..Mausi chodti nahin hai apne Munna ko!) Jai being the thorough gentleman opens the door for Bani while still talking on the phone (I love these small nuances of Jai's character, makes him more adorable than he already is!) Jai keeps his phone in his pocket and steals a look at Bani who looks really radiant and happy…and he kind of smiles to himself. Both of them are quiet and they go to a counter and the guy shows them some Shirts (Silly Jai, if you had to shop, couldn't you buy something for Bani, instead of for yourself) Jai just keeps looking at Bani with no visible expression in his eyes except for a hint of smile on his face, while Bani very gently goes through the shirts and pretty self-consciously picks up a White Shirt (Hey, someone is reading our Forum, it was mentioned before that Jai would look good in a White Shirt and hey presto, the same is shown in the episode today) and very bashfully gives it to Jai, who now looks on at Bani amused. Bani very softly tells Jai that "Yeh shirt aap par bahut suit karegi" (Lolz…Bani mein itni himmat kahan se aa gayi?) Jai kind of blushes himself but quietly takes the Shirt and goes into the Men's changing room, while Bani is barely able to keep her dazzling smile to herself. 😳
Jai comes out wearing the White Shirt😎 (Haila…kya lagta hai…Too much…now we know how tough life would be for Bani, considering she shares his room!) and looks really dashing and very young! Bani keeps looking at him (I was laughing in this scene, because Bani looks so besotted by Jai…I kept thinking of Prachi's crush on Ram) with a "Wow…he is Hot" kind of look (Hot in Bani's sense of the word!) and Jai is looking both embarrassed and pleased at Bani's look of exultance and joy. Bani very cutely looks at Jai and tells him that he looks very nice in this Shirt. Jai smiles back sweetly at her (I almost fainted at seeing Jai smile...) and is about to reply, when Madam Roshni comes and says in her usual cheerful manner that no the shirt doesn't look good at all on Jai and that she knows what suits Jai the best. The moment Roshni come in, both Jai and Bani look at her in shock, while Bani looks taken aback and upset, Jai looks furious and gritting his teeth, walks out furiously back to the Changing Room (yeh lo, gayi Bani ki pasand ki hui Shirt) while Bani looks on hurt and dejected. Roshni very sarcastically comments that Bani now I am there with Jai, why don't you go back to the Hotel. Bani looks really furious now and madly jealous also! (There you go Bani…bang Roshni's head with your handbag and spirit away Jai before Roshni can come again)😡
Summary and Comments:
Tum nein pukara aur hum chale aaye, dil hateli par le aaye re : The look on Jai's face when he sees Bani standing near his Car as he wakes up was priceless. At first Jai looks as if he is dreaming and then as he realizes that Bani has indeed dropped by, he is really furious. I kind of found it funny when he says, "Tum kyon mera peecha karti rahti ho…" Poor Jai….I guess he should sing for Bani, "Jahan mein jaata hu, wahi chali aati ho, chori chori mere dil mein saamati ho, yeh toh batao ke tum mere kaun ho?" I liked the way Bani tells the Parking Attendant to go away as it is a matter between Husband and Wife…Looks like someone is taking her job as Mrs. Walia very seriously.😳😆
Bani – Biwi ya Employee : I really liked Bani's cheekiness as she cutely tells Jai after he has told her that she is his employee and he is her boss and she has to listen to what he says…"Kya aapke Employee ko aapke Bathroom istemaal karne ki permission hai?" Jai is so stumped by Bani's wit that he is not even able to shout on her as usual!
Most Romantic Scene of KS till date : What a scene! Something that could have been cheesy and filmy, but something which looked absolutely classy and extremely romantic! The way Bani keeps her head on Jai's chest and the way he softly and in his serious way tells her not to move and that he will entangle her hair was just so darn romantic…Kudos to the Scene Director along with of course Ram and Prachi for enacting the scene so naturally and without any inhibitions! It was simply wonderful….and rates a good 100/100 on the Romance Factor!😳⭐️
Mausi's Marital Advice : I really liked the dialogues that Mausi uses while explaining the meaning of a marriage to Jai and Bani….and the subsequent change of expression in Jai's face and the softening of his eyes…and the intense way he gazes at Bani when Dadi and Mausi have left….sometime I think that Jai and Bani need no dialogues at all, their expressions and body language speak volumes! Mausi rocks big time…hope she decides to go back only after she has seen her much awaited Pota playing in her Munna's lap…let us see how Jai escapes that situation!😆
Someone's Tastes are Changing : Good to see that Jai is finally listening to Bani on something and good to see that Bani has a refined taste in Men's clothing unlike her sister (Red Pullover and Blue Jeans, for God Sake!) I loved the shyness and coyness in Bani's face and eyes as she gives the Shirt to Jai for trial and My God, the way he looks at her…seriously he should wear Sun Glasses, his eyes are deadly! Wonderful scene again, till the Kabab Mein Haddi, Ms. Chopra drops in and upsets both Jai and Bani! I wish Jai does buy the Shirt and wears it to Dinner and surprise Bani!😎
Pyar hua chup ke se, yeh kya hua chup ke se : Mrs. Walia is not only in love with Mr. Walia, she is besotted by him! Prachi was so good in the scene where she stands in front of the mirror and thinks to herself that why is she having such feelings and what is up with her and then as she realizes what is "wrong" with her, the poor kid blushes so much that she is not even able to look at her own reflection! Also, I think that Jai already kind of guess's that Bani is falling in love with him…and if I am not wrong, he is not at all upset with the thought!😳❤️
Ab aayi Akal thikane – Pia, please stay far away from your Jeeju : I cannot believe that Pia actually was shameless enough to bring Jai and compare him with Pushkar! I mean this girl is the limit….how could she do this to Pushkar?😡 I just hope this thought goes away from her mind and she should be under no illusion that Jai still wants her back in his life! Btw, some very good acting by Roshni Chopra today! She was good in the breakdown scene and the fight with Pushkar!👏
Performance Barometer : Ram Kapoor and Prachi Desai all the way….their chemistry is something else! The whole Hair entanglement scene was done so well and even though it wasn't exactly an intense scene, the sheer power of their performance elevated the scene to some other level. The way Jai's eyes sparkle as Bani gently keeps her head on his Chest was just amazing….and Prachi was wonderful….this time there was no awkwardness at all! Kudos to both of them!👏
Chalo Ji, Pothi Band, ab sleeping ka waqt ho gaya hai…hope you guys liked the update for day, put in a wee bit of extra effort for all our Jai and Bani Campers!😳
