The good news is, that the fast track has been repaired, and the SSBN train is again on the Fast Track. No more wasting time, at the local stations.
Naina is worried, why Daksh has not come home as yet, as it is quite late in the night, and then she goes out to see, if the car is parked outside, and she sees an auto-rickshaw arrive with our two drunken young men, the younger holding the elder, for support, and Naina too joins them, and gingerly, they walk up the steps.
Daksh is unaware of what is happening around him, but Abhi is more steady, and by the time, they managed to reach him, to his room, Abhi hears his mother's call, and he does not know how to decide, and finally his filial loyalty tugs him to his mother's side. It is left to Naina, a girl, to be married the next day, to take her friend to his room, and her groom, even on the day before taking his wife to be his, for life, leans more heavily on his mother, whose displeasure he can not countenance. How loyal will be towards his wife is a thing to be seen. In the bedroom of Daksh, Naina gently lays him down on his bed, and removes his shoes and socks, and then after trying to find out what had happened, for which she can not get a coherent answer, she decides to make him drink a glass of water, not out of experience, but by an instinctive move. Daksh has his water, and tries to make a fumbling effort to say something in his drunken stupor, as his inhibitions are lowest now, that he is in this state. He wants to know, what Naina feels, and she is in her own confused state of mind, unable to decide between right and wrong, between loyalty and obligation. In her anxiety to look after others' interests, she has forgotten her own. Daksh makes many attempts to crystallize his sentences and what he wants to say, but remain unsteady in speech and not able to make a clear query. Naina tells him to go to sleep, as on the next day is her wedding, and Daksh makes a final attempt to find out if that is what she wants. When Naina wants to leave, he holds her hand and sks her to wait a while and speak to him. She obliges, and what comes from him staggers her. He says that he loves her dearly, and again and again, says the same thing, and then goes to sleep, and Naina, walks away in a daze.
In the bedroom, she is going through old photographs and remembers the moments she spent with Daksh. Her mother comes in and finds out that something is bothering her. She asks if Daksh said something to her. She takes a long time to answer, but her mother has guessed, but hears, an evasion and escape from truth, and the mother sees the photos, and asks if all is well. She implies that Daksh does not love her, but her mother pointedly asks her, was it in the beginning or is it even now. She hs no answer, and she goes to bed with doubts.
In the morning, Akruti brings a small gift to her as she fears, that in the melee, they will mess up with the gifts and hers may be lost. so to make sure, she comes and wants to give her, and expresses her gratitude for making her stand on her feet, and fight her own battles. Naina tells her that she has always considered her to be her younger sister, and never thought for a moment, that it was a favor, but her obligation to look aft6er her younger sister. Naina wonders, he she would be there for her marriage with Ayush, and Akruti recedes into a doubt, but Naina does not see it.
Later, his beloved mother, dresses her only son, a sherwani, which has been made especially for him, and she buttons the coat, and says, that will he ever be able to stand on his feet. He tells her that his wife, Naina will be there to take her place. The grown up hulk does not even say, he can do it himself, but the need of a female help will be carried forward into his future life, with an immature grown up, pampered by a doting mother, who thinks no end of her own prowess in taming the people around her. Minoo goes on praising Naina to Abhi, and tells him, that even though both her parents are dead, they have brought her up so nicely, and given her all the culture, which shines out of her character. As she praises her to the sky, the sly son, knows that his wife to be is the issue of an illegitimate affair. He must be hoping, that his mother will die, before knowing the truth. The bogus, son, does not dare to tell his mother the truth.
When Naina is alone, Daksh comes in and sees Naina ready and dressed up. He stammers and asks her, if he said anything out of the way, last night in his drunken state, but gets no answer from her. In the meantime, in Joshi household, Supriya is with her daughter, and she is excited that today is Naina's wedding, and asks her mother, how it was when she was proposed to, and she goes into a reverie and moves to the window, where the light of the evening sky shines on her dreaming face, as she ponders how it was, but with Diwakar, and not the Lawyer Joshi. She tells her that we understood each other, without saying any word. Even when the daughter is left in the wrong impression, she does not correct her. Sonakshi, says, she wants to go to Patwardhan house, and leaves. Supriya asks Joshi, whether they should not go to the Patwardan house, and he senses something is going on in her mind, and he tells her that there is no question of their going, and she should not bother about their wedding. She has never had a free hand in this house, under the autocratic lawyer, who must have had something to do, in getting her off Diwakar's hook. Perhaps, he married her as a repayment of service rendered by this budding lawyer.to an insecure pregnant Supriya. Let us wait, how the truth will come out.
Daksh is alone with Naina trying to find out what he might have said to her last night, but she is sitting on the stool in front of the dressing table, and does not give any reply. Then suddenly, a squealing voice of a Sonakshi bounces on them, asking, "Did he says, 'I love you'" The girl is hyper, even at the early hours of the day, and without being invited, has barged into the privacy of their room. She does not know, what is appropriate, and what is not. She tries to get it out of Daksh. He is sullen as ever, and Naina is keeping her cool. Sonakshi walks up and down, as she might have seen her father do in the court, and says, "A good lawyer, knows to get truth out of his client, and I have got it from Abhi, that you were drunk. Did you say, that you love me?" She addresses the same question to Naina, when she finds that her groom to be has locked his lips. She just stares at this brittle head girl, and continues like that till it is time for her to leave. She leaves the place, in a Sonakshi unsure of what her fate is going to be.

We see Naina posing a question to Daksh. "You had time for work, for going to court, and everything you thought was important. And, you did not find time to tell me, that you loved me?" - to find out the answer, get back to the TV set on Monday, at 2 p.m.
