Meeting of Lord Hanuman with Lord Rama
Lord Hanumanji was a whole hearted devotee of Lord Rama. But it was during the period of 14 years of exile of Lord Rama that Lord Hanuman met him. Along with Lakhsmana, Lord Rama was searching for his wife Sita who was kidnapped by Ravana. Sugriva along with his friends and followers was hiding from his brother Bali in the same forest where Lord Rama was searching for Sita. Sugriva on citing lord Rama and Lakshmana sends Hanumanji to them so as to know their identity. Lord Hanumanji disguised himself as a Brahmin and set out to meet them. When lord Rama and Lakshmana introduced themselves to Hanumanji, he rejoiced, fell down on the feet of Lord Rama and revealed his identity to them.
