25-year-old Ankita Lokhande debuted as Archana in Ekta Kapoor's Pavitra Rishta. Part of Zee Cinestars ki khoj, Ankita got heaps of praise from established directors during the show. Later she was supposed to debut with Baali Umar Ko Salaam with Jai Soni but the show was shelved and Pavitra Rishta happened. She plays the love of Manav with easy and aplomb. The simply Archana with her idealistic family values is loved by one and all. She loves dance and even participated in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 4 recently.
