Jaya Bhattacharya: When I played Payal in 'Kyunkii Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi', I faced a similar situation - people, especially kids would be scared of me. But this is taking things too far. It's not fair to label an actor as 'bad' as it's just a job he's doing. We are humans too. We cannot be segregated because of our portrayals.
Mandira Bedi: People need to know that what they are watching is unreal; they need to grow up. It's said that I chose to walk out of 'Kyun Kii…' as I didn't want to play a negative character. But it's not true; I had a good time playing the role. I have no problems playing a grey character either, regardless of how I get treated by some ignorant people.

very true... people do forget that these characters are humans and are working as per the order of Ekta

For ex... we might hate Gayatri and Meera... and I do.. but their roles are such... that they have to act that way and we might hate their TV personality, but their true personality might be different.
