Ek Ladki Anjaani Si hits a ton!

DSony's Ek Ladki Anjaani Si has reason to celebrate! The show completes its 100 episodes today that is 10 May. Under the punishing sun, the actors take time off to speak to us at the suburban set, about their journey so far, followed by the cake cutting session.

"We are a like a group of friends!" says Kanchi Kaul who is going crazy to don a dhulan look on the show. About the show hitting the century she adds, "Well, it's a very fast moving soap and now it's all ready to take a big turn."

Vishal Singh, who plays the character of Yash, is very excited the way his character and the storyline are shaping up. He says, "The show is very popular and that's what matters to us the most. We enjoy a lot on the sets too, after the shoot gets over, we go out and have a ball of a time." Yash is very happy about the weight age that will be given to his character in the coming episodes. Yash will fall in love with Dimple Inamdar giving way to many complications which will further lead to love triangle including Akshay Anand.

The on going track manifests a marriage atmosphere as Ananya and Anuj will soon be tying the knot. Anuj, played by Hasan is exceptionally thrilled about the marriage sequence, as the track revolves around him. "It's a major twist happening on the show, and will leave the audience wondering, whether it's a dream or reality!"

Shakti is very cool about the celebration and says, "Well, yes, it's a good thing, but now the show needs to bring in new tracks and characters as well!"

Misha, the co producer talks about another major twist on the show. "The entry of Mohnish Behl is one track which is much awaited. In very less time we have shown a lot. But now when Nikhil comes to know that Anu is carrying his baby, it will not be an end, but a new beginning!"

Himani Shivpuri, who plays the standard Beeji, extremely tired of shooting day in and day out, sips in a glass of refreshing water and says, "It has been a great experience! A lot of effort goes into this, but its all worth it!"
