yes.. its not only clothes tht women modern its how they think... Gehna has always a fascinating character for me... she has grown from a young, rebellious teen to a poised wise woman.. at least she is not afraid to voice the injustice and discrimination meted out to women in her household... she is a clear thinker.. she forsees what this injustice will lead to.. and even warns others.. but alas.. she cannot say it infront of DS.. and ppl in her household cant see beyond DS... i thot men in the house wud have courage to go and tell the dearest DS.. tht wud she give a second chance to Anandi?... crsly.. they dont have tht guts.. or clearly they r so blinded by such traditions tht they cannot think of it.. thts sad.. well wat can u expect.. if educating Anandi was a big big step for thm.. thn v cant expect anything like this from thm can v?**shaking head***
bt I love the way CVs have made Gehna our voice.. 😆.. the feminist voice😆..👏...luks like they take our posts criously.. and issues raised by us r dealt with in a gud manner...👍🏼..
each and every character of BV is unique in its own way.. maneuvered, explored, and exploited with their certain set of characteristics.. I really luv BV CVs for tht...😳.. its a grt story telling..😳.. tho the pace of BV is pretty slow for me.. bt at least its not emotionally draining.. the buckets of tears shed in BV r limited.. and i m happy its so!😆..
Now i hope they keep this interesting track.. going on..
1. Gauri's realization..
2. Jagya's remorse..
3. DS's acceptance of her irreparable mistakes ..
4. Anandi's reformation and independance..
Anandi definitely deserves a better partner and life if not family..

absolutely achiever.
I love Gehna's portrayal. Feminism doesnt mean being selfish, shouting, throwing tantrums and all that.
Gehna is the true definition of a feminist, she speaks against injustice to women, she speaks about womens rights, she questions distinction between men and women. Staying withing the background of a village and a male doimnant society, she voices her objection and thoughts very clearly on womens issues.
It is absilutely a treat to watch Gehna.
