arjun could marry arohi if he solved dadu's problem, thats awesome!

arohi tricked arjun and ran away with the shoes, lol. and she was saved by dadu when he came to chase her..

dadu told him about the problem..n he managed to solve it..wow!

but what other problem is waiting for him?

Here's Chapter 9:

Arjun was so happy. He couldn't wait to tell Arohi.

Dadu: Arjun, don't tell anyone yet.

Arjun: Ok Dadu.

He walked out of the room with the biggest smile ever. But Arjun didn't realise that another problem was coming up that he needs to solve...

Dadu: You fell in love with my granddaughter, and here's your punishment.

He chuckled as he went downstairs to attend the guests.

The wedding finished. The Punj's were just about to go when Dadu stopped them

Dadu: Romit, take Shefali home. She needs some rest.

Romit agreed and went out of the house with Shefali.

Dadu: I have a very important announcement to make. Arjun...

Arjun came forward.

Dadu: Arjun here is going to get married to Arohi.

Everyone was happy, especially Arjun and Arohi.

Dadu: But, Arjun, do you love Arohi?

Arjun was going to speak when Arohi shook her head.

Arjun: Yes I do.

Dadu: Tough luck. You can't get married to her.

Arjun: But you said...

Dadu: Yes I said you can get married to her but that was a lie. From Valentines Day, I knew you two had fallen in love. I never wanted Arohi to fall in love. I knew that if she did, she might get deceived. Just like me. My wife deceived me and ran off with a another man. I don't want that to happen with anyone else.

DKP: KSA, the children have already fallen in love. Do you want to hurt them?

Dadu: Mr Punj, I decide who goes with who in my family, not you. And it's final. Arohi is not going to marry Arjun.

Arohi: Dadu, kya kami hai Arjun mein? Amir hai, paisewala, family hai...

Dadu: No. He doesn't have a family. He doesn't have a mum.

Arjun and DKP were shocked.

Dadu was just going to go up the stairs when Arjun stopped him.

Arjun: Ok, we don't have a mum. She left us at a very young age. Is this our fault? And you were saying that we don't have a mum, so you're not going to get Arohi married to me. Well, I'm sorry I have to say this, but Sudeep Uncle doesn't even have a mum himself. Your wife left you years ago, do you lie it when we talk about her to you? My dad doesn't. So please stop saying stuff about my family when you've got problems in your family as well. And, even though we ddn't have a woman in our family, we have learnt to be independent and strong. Our dad is everything to us.

Dadu: HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT MY WIFE AND ME LIKE THAT?

DKP: AND HOW DARE YOU TALK ABOUT MY WIFE AND MY SON?

Dadu: I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT!!!

Arjun: STOP SHOUTING AT MY DAD KARTAR SINGH ALHUWALIA!!!

Dadu: CHUP KAR...WARNA...

Arjun: WARNA KYA? MUJHE MAR DALO GI? KILL ME!!! I'D RATHER DIE THAN BE SEPARATED FROM AROHI!!! SHE IS MY LIFE, DO YOU GET THAT?

There was silence.

Dadu: Ok, let's get this final. Arohi, do you want to stay with Arjun or stay with us?

Arjun: Haa Arohi, you say. Let's prove that we are one and no one can separate us.

He took Arohi's hand and led her to the door. Arohi stopped walking.

Arohi: Arjun, I'm sorry. I can't go with you.

Arjun: Par Arohi, you love me...

Arohi: I do love you and I always will. But I have to listen to Dadu. He is the oldest of this family and everyone listens to him.

Arjun: FINE AROHI, FINE!!! DO WHATEVER YOU WANT. I DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE ANYMORE. YOU WERE RIGHT, FALLING IN LOVE JUST GIVES YOU PAIN. AND DADU HAS CREATED THIS PAIN. AROHI I HATE YOU!!! 😡 😭

He ran out of the house, angry and upset.

Arohi cried and fell to the floor. Purvi took her upstairs.

Arohi: Di, why does it have to be me? Why?

Purvi: Arohi, you should have gone with Arjun.

Arohi: Di...

Purvi: Atleast, everyone in Arjun's house would have supported you.

Arohi: Di, I didn't know what to do at that time.

She lay on her sisters lap and fell asleep.

Arjun was extremely angry. He drank the whole bottle of wine and sat down on the stool.

Arjun: Why me!!!

DKP: Arjun, let's go.

He took Arjun to Arjun's room and got him into bed.

Arjun fell asleep, tears rolling out of his eyes.

Morning dawned. It was quiet in the Punj house. Shefali served breakfast to everyone. Arjun came downstairs but was heading for the door.

Shefali: Arjun, breakfast.

Arjun: I don't want to eat. I'm going to college.

He went outside and drove to college.

Promo:

Arohi: Arjun...

Arjun: I don't want to talk to you. Just stay away from me.

He walked away as Arohi cried.

arjun had gotten dadu's consent but looks like he had something else in mind.

just because he loved arohi, he could'nt get married to her? thats lame. he was cheated in love, doesn't mean it will happen with everyone.

and it was'nt right to talk about arjun's mom..no wonder he got so angry. he wanted arohi to come with him..but she stayed back. n he got angry with her too..aww.

arjun was really depressed and had gotten to drinking. man, i dont want this to happen..

arohi felt really bad too..but she was also confused. now arjun wont even talk to her..aww!
