Anu's house
Yash, Biji, and Meera run back into the house. Yash picks up the phone and attempts to call the police. Biji stops him and says, "What will you gain by calling the police? We already have so many troubles and you want to add to them?" Meera agrees and adds, "Police can't do anything about this- it won't help to make a bigger deal out of this." Yash is still upset and replies, "This is too much- They come to our house and think they can tell us what to do? How can they tell us how to live and what to do? They are bothering us and giving us threats? I feel so helpless right now!!" Yash walks off.
Samarth house
Tulika and her mom are together. Tulika says, "Look- I told you no one can survive a hurt that I give! You have lost your bet again! This Samaj Sevak has left Ananya nothing with his sevak (help)." Tulika's mom and smiles and responds, "Today you have proven that you are my daughter! But remember- you do not kill your enemy by giving them poison, but by immersing them in poison so that the person knows the result of having an enemy." Tulika smirks and says, "Mom, let's see how soon Ananya can get up on her helpless legs after what I did." Tulika's mom says, "That's not enough- we have to smash her head as well." Tulika smiles and adds, "Yes- I will need your help in this last step then. As cleanly as the work is done, the more fun comes out in the result!" Her mom replies, "I am willing to do whatever you tell me- I am want to pull out that Ananya's dreams from the roots!"
Anu's Room
Anu is lying down with her head in Sonia's lap. Sonia says, "What have you ever done to anyone? Why are these people out to make you helpless- What do they want?" Anu replies, "These people want to steal my life from me. They want to my legs up in chains based on lies. All of this because I loved- Sonya, I love Nikhil Samarth!" Sonya is surprised and tells Anu, "You know that Nikhil is a married man! Why are you punishing yourself?" Anu replies, "Because after loving I liked to live life! He always helped me and made me smile. I know he doesn't love me and I don't expect him to- but I can love him, can't I?" Sonya responds, "But in today's world and values you can't do this- you will be left alone and helpless." Anu says, "I don't care for anyone else's strength or help! I loved Nikhil and I never asked for anything in return from anyone!"
Anu walks away and Sonya thinks to herself, "I know Ananya that truth is in everything you say. I am always with you but in this condition- you need Nikhil. I will go to him and tell him everything. He will definitely help you!"
Global Distributor's Office
Nikhil is saying that they are having problems with the distribution. Abhi adds, "Vendors always complain that they don't get the issues, and if they do- they get them months after the date!" There is a man sitting behind the desk and another man standing there. The man behind the desk says, "Listen- these complaints are not from the vendor, but from your own people. Why do your magazines get returned to us in huge bundles? No one wants to read your magazine! Nobody reads Frontpage! And Nikhil saab, the reason you are raising your voice today is not because Global is making mistakes, but because you are having troubles! Fix the quality of your magazine and then everything will get better!" Nikhil is agitated and stands up. He says, "Both of you open up your ears and listen to this. Nobody up to today has ever criticized Frontpage! If you had ever read my magazine you would not have said this. The problem is not in this magazine but with you two brothers!" The man standing up speaks up, "Mr. Nikhil, you are accusing us- you are the one who is facing problems, not us. Why would we do anything like this?" Nikhil says, "I want to know this too and who the person is that is telling Global Distributors to do all of this! Know that the day I found out who this is- not even God can save him!"
Nikhil and Abhi leave the office and are walking in the hall. Nikhil says, "The water has gone over our heads! I have to know who this person is who is out to ruin Frontpage. I won't let him be successful."
Nikhil's cell rings. He picks up and its Sonya. She tells him, "Please Sir, Please go to Ananya's house!" She explains everything that happened including the photographs and the force of marriage while Anuj overhears. Nikhil leaves to go to Anu's house.
Anu's house
Biji and Meera are sitting on the sofa. Anu goes to them and says, "Don't do anything mom, just forgive for my mistakes. Just once- please Mom, please Biji! I don't want to hurt anyone in this family or cause them problems. If you say, I will even quit my job."
As Meera reaches out to put her hand on Anu's cheek, Tulika's Mom arrives! She stands in the doorway like some model and says, "Its too late! Nothing can save you now but marriage!" Biji asks who she is. Tulika's mom replies, "I am Tulika's mother and as a mother, I can not watch my daughter's life being destroyed! And for her, I can destroy a thousand girls like Ananya!" Meera is enraged and responds, "My daughter is not an orphan either! Before you do anything to her- you will have to face me!" Tulika's mom says, "I am Tulika's mother! You people probably don't know what I can do!" Anu interrupts her and says, "I am not scared of your threats!" Tulika's mom replies, "If you are not scared, then get started on being scared! This is your last chance- Get this girl married ASAP, OR......"
Tulika's mom walks out of the house. Meera and Anu hold hands as they exchange worried glances.
Samarth house
Anuj goes to Tulika and asks her, "Why are you doing this? Why are you hurting poor Ananya? Do you know what she is going through?" Tulika says, "What did I do?" Anuj replies, "Don't think I am dumb! I know you took those photos of Ananya and Nikhil!" Tulika responds, "Thanks to those pictures my house is being ruined! Why would I do this!? Forget Ananya- my husband is being put down!" Anuj gets upset and says, "I don't believe anything you are saying!"
Tulika walks past him and says, "But I believe that you are the world's biggest idiot. Ananya is upset there while you are here. You should be with her."
Anu's house
Meera and Biji are downstairs when the doorbell rings. Biji is scared of who might be at the door and tries to prevent Meera from answering it. Meera ignores Biji's worries and opens the door. Its Nikhil, but Meera and Biji don't recognize him. Nikhil says, "Namaste, I am Nikhil Samarth." Biji goes to the door and tells him, "You- what have you come for now? Go away!" Nikhil replies, "I have come here to get rid of all of your misconceptions about Ananya. Please listen. I only want to help." Biji doesn't believe him and says, "You are the reason for all of our problems! Now you have come to laugh at us?! I will accept a murder's help, but not yours (I think that;s what she said)." Nikhil tells them, "Look- Ananya did nothing wrong. Those photos are lies- someone is trying to make us look bad!" Biji still won't listen and says, "However shamed we had to be, we are. We don't need you to add to it." Nikhil goes on, "Please don't let a lie ruin the lives of two families! I would never hurt Ananya on purpose- she is a good girl. Please let me meet her once!" Biji is annoyed and responds, "WE know our Ananya better, and she will be happier not seeing your face! You have already taken all of her happiness from her- I just beg of you to leave her alone now!" Nikhil insists on meeting Anu, but Meera tells him to go. He leaves.
Anu's room and Nikhil in car
Anu is crying on her bed. Nikhil is driving. We see both of them upset and the title track plays in the background. Both remember times together. Nikhil thinks, "I have lost trust. Thanks to me you are suffering so much Ananya. And I can't even help you no matter how hard I try. You tell me what to do now!"
Anu's house- downstairs- Biji, Yash, & Meera
Meera says, "Those people will come anytime to hear our decision- what will we do?" Yash replies, "I will see what they do!" Meera tries to convince him not to say anything but he says that if no one talks then who will? Anu comes downstairs and says she will talk. She adds, "I don't want anything to happen to this family because of me. I have made my decision." Biji is upset and says, "I have also made my decision- you will have to marry ASAP! I have heard enough. Now what I say will happen." Anu is shocked and Meera adds, "Yes Anu- Biji is right- If you want us to be happy, you have to marry and get us out of this trouble." Anu starts crying and says that she has become a problem for them. Yash says, "What are you two saying!?? How can you say this about Anu- have you lost your minds?" Biji says that they are fine and by marrying Anu will at least live peacefully. Yash is still angry and adds, "What a solution Biji. Have you thought about who will marry Anu in her condition?"
The doorbell rings- Yash answers the door- its Anuj! HE goes up to Anu and says, "Please don't take me wrong- I have come here after a lot of thought. After all that has happened, I want to ask you all something. I want to marry Ananya!!!!"
