How come Vishal always has mouth sore?

Second time I've noticed, how come they didn't cover it up with makeup, why leave it uncovered, like he was under the white sheet getting beaten up by Gopi like a bhoot too? uff.

Maybe he kisses his beautiful wife Rashi everyday and the day she gets wild, he suffers from sore lips...😛 😛 😛

Cause your not suppose to put any make-up on it. I also suffer from cold sores or blisters. I get them anytime I am stressed or have a fever at night. I actually have the biggest one I have ever had on my face right now...😭...and its very very very unpleasant. Some people just get those for nothing, they cant do anything about it. And they hurt and itch very bad, I can't even imagine to rub make up on it to cover. I actually wear make-up everyday also, but for the past 3 days I have wore none, I don't want to contaminate my make-up brushes or make-up itself. It can spread and get worse very fast. Your suppose to keep it clean and with medication on it. It hurts to even talk and smile sometimes. I have noticed he got them too, feel really bad for him, I feel his pain
