I think somehow CB got a logic here. EMAET is not a replacement of C2005 – it's basically a filler – before C2006 starts. It take lot's of management and planning to organize a show like C2005 and unlike Indian Idol SRGMP doesn't have 'sessions' – so if we consider EMAET is a filler show with the 2^nd tier artists – it's doing pretty well!

Comparison with old format of SRGMP is useless here – that format may have achieved more musical heights (that's arguable too😉) but never made it in TRP top list.
