29th April 2002, court
"my lord K&K have not yet made any attempt to present Maan Singh Khurana to the court, may I know why the so called heir of Khurana not making appearance here" said JD (Daljeet's Advocate)
"my lord as I have told earlier also that seeing the history of the case there is every chance of my client Mr. Maan Singh Khurana can be killed so for his safety we are keeping him incognito" said SK (from K&K)
"But my lord, are they hiding some facts from us, is it that there is no man by this name and they are still searching a face to fit in here" said JD
"My lord I have already presented him to you in person at the beginning of the case and was given the permission by you my lord that there is no need for him to come owing to safety reasons" said SK and the argument went on and on
Maan was sitting at the back seat with Daljeet's accountant, he simply liked that Daljeet still does not recognize him as MSK; he thinks that he is Manas Singh, an undergraduate who works as a computer typist at his financial wing, thanks to Simran though she also does not know him as MSK, it was she who suggested that he gave another name as his father hates all men by name Maan.
Daljeet was shouting at JD after the hearing "what is this man, do I feed you thousands just to listen that you can not even force Maan to show his face to us, only once I get hold of this lad I will make sure of is his last day" Maan came near him and whispered "sir, please do not say this loudly SK is here he may use it against you" Daljeet turned at saw SK staring at him, he quickly straightened and went to his car, Maan bid him farewell. JD left flabbergasted.
SK was still looking at Maan, "hello sir, what happened?" asked Maan, SK was surprised, he was not able to digest the fact that Daljeet and JD were talking to Maan yet they were desperate to meet him, "sir" patted Maan on his shoulder, he gave him look "they know you, still they were acting so desperate to meet you" 'sir, true they know me but they do not know me as Maan" and Maan gave SK a bundle of sheets "sir, you concentrate here, they are brief accounts of Daljeet from 1990 to present, I will give you the detailed ones later" and he left SK to wonder. Yash who was seeing all this just wanted to laugh his head out; the elderly man was still in trance.
The account details of Daljeet's white money were not fishy, hey were quite same as any others businessman's. Soon Maan got hold of the accounts of his black money, the money he got from wh**e houses, from casinos, from money laundering etc., he was involved in various ill legal activities, they also got hold the money he gave to the guys who killed Pratham and Mohinder, there were also details of money given to a specific mechanic on the dates coinciding with Brij's accident, they also got the details of the money given to people involved in Randhaava case.
27th may 2002
This is the last week before the courts close for summers, if the decision is not taken now, they will have to wait till the courts reopen and then they will have to again try for dates, so the case has to finished this week only.
The day started on a good note their case was the 2nd on line, the 1st case winded up soon as the witnesses were missing, they were called,

The minutes of the last hearing were read and the case proceeded, SK gave one evidence after the other JD was speechless, even Daljeet had no clue how they got the information, SK then called for witnesses, the bank robbers who were in prison and they testified against Daljeet, then the mechanic was called he too said what was true, later the old driver Ghan Shyam was called who testified that Daljeet has pushed Gayatri from the stairs and also told that Ramya the maid also saw it, Ramya was called and she too said that yes she saw it but was very afraid to raise her voice, Pintoo a man in his late 70's told that he has seen with his own eyes Charan jeet killing Manav, an old nurse from the city hospital testifies that Charanjeet had killed Harjeet his father by putting a pillow on his face. Though, Manjeet death was not proved as a murder.
After hearing to all this Daljeet pretended to have a heart attack but SK was ready for it and he shouted "look Maan Daljeet is dead" Maan was sitting with Daljeet's head on his lap was shocked to hear it but when he looked up he saw SK looking at some random direction, he got the clue and whispered sir, Maan is here in the court, Daljeet instantly stood up and pulled a revolver from near by police man's holder and shouted "Maan freeze, I will kill you" it was enough the police got hold of him and took him to jail.
28th may 2002
After hearing to all the witnesses and seeing into all the proofs, it is proved that Daljeet and his father killed the Khurana's for their money, the courts declares all the property to be handed over to Mr. Maan Singh Khurana who is its rightful owner and as the damages done to him and his family during this course court orders Daljeet to surrender his 80" property to Khurana's and court also orders him to declare all his black money and orders the revenue department to see to it, and as for the murders court orders the department of police to file in a case against Daljeet for the same and make a criminal case under section 000 until then Daljeet will be held in custody he can fight for bail before court closes for summers.
