Anushka worried about her pregnancy-indya.com

Pregnancy out of wedlock can be very challenging for any one and for a young woman it would be monumental. In STAR One's prime time show Yeh Ishq Haaye, Anushka, who is in a live-in relationship with her boyfriend Kabir, is pregnant with his child.

Though Anushka is happy about the good news, at the same time, she is worried about Kabir's reaction and wondering if he will accept her with the baby. We spoke to her and tried to gauge her state of mind.

Would-be mother Anushka, aka Neha Desai, bares her heart, "I am happy that I am pregnant with Kabir's baby but at the same time, I know that Kabir and I are in live-in-relationship and not married. I wonder how he will react to the pregnancy. It is a huge turning point for me in my life and I am very excited about becoming a mother."

Does she think Kabir will accept fatherhood so soon? Anushka explains, "For a couple in a live-in-relationship, it is very difficult to think of children. Kabir currently is focused on his career and is looking for stability. He already told me earlier that he is not ready for the marriage right now. I hope everything turns out to be fine. I don't want to lose him and I want to live happily with him."

But is she ready to take up the responsibility of being a mother at such a young age? She says, "I know it will not be easy for me but now I can feel the baby so it is tough for me to think of anything else. It is every woman's dream to enjoy motherhood and at this point in time, I can't comment on the future of my unborn baby."

Ask Neha if she has met any woman who is unmarried, pregnant and in a live-in-relationship, in real life, and she states, "No, I haven't met anyone. Women I have met are married and pregnant."
