TOI: Aamir's comic act

Aamir Ali who plays Bajrang Pandey in FIR on SAB TV is a happy man these days.

For years he avoided doing comedy on screen thinking that people won't take him seriously as an actor if he did comedy and now after doing a comic role he has realized that comedy has ample scope for performance. "Every actor in his career must try his hand at comedy as it really makes you explore a lot of hidden emotions and expressions," feels Aamir.

Doing comedy has won him a lot of accolades and has also earned him new fans. "Wherever I people call call me Bajrang Pandey," he laughs. But Aamir has been selective in his choice of roles. And a little birdie told us that Aamir will soon be seen in one the comedy reality shows.
