The program went on well. Geet looked around if he made it. But there was no sign of him. Even during her skit her eyes were looking for him. She over heard adhi apologizing to Dr. Gupta that Maan was held up since afternoon on some meeting. Geet was taken a back..if he was held up then how was he trying to reach her... she remembered seeing 20 miss calls. It all was so weird & more painful. After the whole event ridzy was still angry with Geet.

Geet walked out taking her belongings, Maan was already waiting for her. She was surprised.
Geet - aap idhar hi ho tho andhar challo na.. Dr. Gupta se millo, unhe aacha lage ga
Maan immediately snapped .. nahi!!
she didn't understand why he snapped.
Just then Dr. Gupta came out. He immediately walked upto him & apologized.
Maan - I am really sorry Dr. gupta
dr Gupta - aap yanha?
Maan - I was held up in a meeting.. Adhi ne khaha hoga
dr gupta looked at him & then Geet. She was feeling little shy & conscious.
Maan held her hand ..my finance.
Dr gupta - Oh congrats.. I knew she got engaged but didn't know it was to u. thats wonderful.
He looked at Geet.. u never told me!! I was so tensed all the while..when I already had khurana family's member arranging the event.
Geet cursed Maan under her throat ..Aab sab meri galthi hain..I was telling him chal ke millo..tab tho ..he snapped..uff I don't understand him only

After 30mins.. finally they get back to the car leaving Dr.gupta pleased & happy. Dr Gupta even told Geet she is really blessed..

As they sat in the car, just before wearing the seat belt he hugged her suddenly.. thanks thanks a lot. His sudden touch send shivers down her spine, she almost forgot every thing in that moment..it was just his broad chest that completly consumed her, his scent that was intoxicatng..his warmth ..that she couldn't have enough of ... he was so lost ..she initially couldn't even realized he was continously saying thank u to her... then she wondered wat did she do that he was thanking her. He kissed her forehead. his lips..the warmth..was so special..

He drove her to a jewelry shop.

he came around to her side - challo
he held his hand out to her. She smiled & wondered wat exactly was he doing.
He reached in the shop.. I want to make it up to .. plz don't say no.. just select a gift for ur self.
Wat.. she exclaimed!!!
it would have been so odd na that I didn't come.. & u didn't mind.. actually u managed every thing.
He softly squeezed her hand that he was holding. Daadi hoti tho bahut naraz hoti.
If he really cared then why didn't he come.. she was still confused ..though less hurt now.. because she was showing so much of concern.

Geet - nahi.. I mean it is not a big thing.. actually she wondered wat did she exactly do to deserve a gift!! she was actually cursing him all the while
he smiled warmly - u r really sweet, it is really a big thing for me.
Geet - main ne kuch nahi kiya.. jo bhi kiya who aapke assistant ne kiya na
Maan - but u would have had to face so much of odd looks.. I mean I am ur finance.. aur main ..he made a very sorry face

in that brief moment she thought abt a million options but not wat he said whild holding her hand softly in his & resting his other hand on it..more like a confession
