As a kid, Somya Kamal Seth better known as Navya from the famous serial of Star Plus was a very shant girl, just like her onscreen character Navya.

I used to stay so quiet in class that even though I had full attendance, teachers still used to ask my parents 'ki yeh absent kyun rehti hai itna?'. Ek baar toh ek teacher ne meri mom se bola 'she is not in my class. I haven't seen her ever'. It was so embarrassing," she smiles.

honestly as far as i hv seen the offscreen intvws i find soumyaa

BETTER version of navya

i wud hv luved it if navya was like soumya

coz when soumya tries to bcum navya it bcums annoying sumtimes

but soumya is a perfect combo

she is shant but expressive and normal at the same time

but navya is really getting on my nerves

i wud hv been better for us the audience if soumya just acts herself in the show

coz when she tries to act

she spolis the scenes

yea... i'v observed it in her first few interviews... she wouldn't be confident of herself.. jus lik navya.. shaheer also mentioned "v were searching for navya for long time.. but now she's been fixed.. she is not acting.. but is actually herself on screen..." but she has grown leaps and bounds... she is perfect now.. i love the sbs segments nowadays... 😉

its funny when he said "mujhe to kab ka sign kiya hua hai, 3 months se, isse dhundne mein 4 months lag gaye" or soo..lol hes funny that guy!

i just luv shaheer soumya bonding offfscreen since day1

they were very comfy from day1 itself

nd i like sumyas attitude a lot

and shaheer has an amzing sense of humour
