Heyy people.
Woohoo, IF works... well kinda 🤔
Kinda bored so I thought I'd start a FF on TaAnu. I saw the trailers for that new SP Drama, Is Pyaar Ko Main Kya Naam Doon and got the idea from there.
Let me know what you think and if it's any good, I'll write more 😊 <3

Chapter One
Taani stormed into the office and threw her purse on the desk. "I've never met a more arrogant, selfish, conceited, ego-tastical, hypocrital man in my whole, entire life!" she paced the office furiously ranting.
"Ran into him again, did you?" Mauli said from her desk.
"Into him?!" she stopped to exclaim. "I would've run over him if I had my car and it hadn't been reposessed!" she added the second half of the statement a little lower. She stopped pacing and turned to see her best friend was still typing at her computer. She wasn't paying attention at all! "Mauli?!" she exclaimed
"Mm?" she replied, engrossed in her computer
"Here I am, venting and you aren't even paying attention!"
"Alright!" she sighed, looking up to focus "what did he do today?"
"What didn't he do?" she sighed "he almost poured hot coffee all over me and THEN had the nerve to say it was MY fault"
"Was it your fault?" she asked, knowing it probably was. Taani mumbled a reply. "Sorry? What was that?" she asked purposely.
"Yes! It was!" she replied, agitated that her she was right, as usual. She saw a smile appear on her best friend's face. "what?" she asked "why are you smiling?" Mauli focused on her computer again. Taani made her way around Mauli's desk and stood in front of her. "Mauli? What is it?"
"Nothing"
"Mauli!"
"Alright! If I speak then you've got to promise not to blow off the handle"
"Blow off the handle? Meaning?"
"Meaning you can't scream, shout or yell at me"
"They're all more or less the same thing" she pointed out, folding her arms
"Fine, I won't say a word!" she said typing away again
"Alright! Alright!" she sighed "say what you're going to say then!"
"Fine" Mauli looking up, still smiling.
"Are you gonna speak or what?"
"You've fallen for him"
"What?!" Taani exclaimed
"Of course!" she said simply, "everyday you go out of your way to pass his building to bump into him and then when you do, you can't stop going on abut him for the rest of the day "
"That is an absolute lie!"
"Oh really?"
"Yes! Why on Earth would I be interested in HIM?! I hate the guy! I don't even know his name!"
"And that's what makes him all the more appelaing!" she informed Taani with a grin.
"Huh?!" she exclaimed, confused "see, this is why we need to get YOU a boyfriend! Look at you, you're losing it!"
"If you say so" she shrugged "my eyes cannot lie Taani, it's true and you know it!"
"Get back to your work Mauli" she rolled her eyes sitting at the edge of Mauli's desk and Mauli sat back down.
