Piya : You are my angel and I will find you.
The knight is not in the frame . The princess just hears him , dreams about him , feels for him , thinks about him and barely remembers his captivating eyes that still shoot through her soul like a comet. You don't see the knight except for one fleeting glimpse. But he stays with you for those 22 minutes of air time because you are seeing him , hearing him, through the princess' eyes , her heart and her feelings. She doesn't remember him or who he was to her but when you look at the princess sitting all alone on that bench in her college , looking at his picture in her cellphone , you can see the connection running through . You can just feel her feelings for that man that literally unhinge her soul. You smile when you see that her heart itself is beginning to give her the answers that she is seeking. Her subconscious mind , her own heart – cutting through the supernatural barriers set by Abhay – everything is coming together to give her the answers she is seeking. All the incidents and all the energies around her are pushing her like an avalanche towards Abhay. And its amazing how her answers are coming to her without even asking anyone. When she sat looking at his photograph , recalling his eyes and the gaze that has become her permanent visual, she knew that the voice that has been running through her head is his. She knew that the one who save her from this whole mess is this man in the picture who is supposed to be some exchange student by the name of Armaan. She finally came to realize that the fairytale-ish visual she saw in the forest was real – that man embedded in ice was her angel. That every fiber of her existence wanted to seek him.
So, the princess asks questions no more , she mentions his voice and eyes to no one anymore. She keeps it a little secret because she knows that what she is feeling is surreal , what she is going through is supernatural . She knows that nobody will believe her and nobody will guide her . So, she chooses to unveil her fairytale on her own – she chooses to seek her knight on her own. She has come to understand that he is her guiding light and her angel. There are no more questions to ask from anyone. The only person she believes will answer her is the knight in that frozen grave.
So, off she goes – her old obsession and her old pull towards the knight raising its head – to the woods . She is not scared that she is going to seek out a fossil of a man in an ice block . She is just driven by the thought of finding him , rescuing him.
But how can the knight come easy to her? He was never an easy catch and nothing has changed. He still stays as unreachable and forbidden as he always was. So, once again, fate puts the Princess to a test. The world comes and stands between her and the knight , once again. They set up an 'off-limits' barrier and turn the knight's grave into a fortress. The princess gets angry , gets hurt , gets upset , gets desperate when they tell her that she cannot cross the fortress . She turns a tigress and bellows that they cannot do this . They cannot stop her . They cannot take him away from her. The world stays heartless and tells her to go some other way. But the princess , still unhinged by the love of her sleeping knight , rages , rants and hisses like a scorned woman that the world cannot stop her. She will find him and she will get him out of there. Now, that her soul seeks him and the curse of the witch is melting away , how can the knight not come back to her………
P.S- I guess the precap and the ME promo more or less explains it . Jay , the man on the job of getting Abhay on the dartboard seems to have engineered a whole lot of it. Piya was the guaranteed route to Abhay and that is what Jay put his intelligent brain and twisted smart plans into. I mean, just look at it. Piya broke Maithli's spell on Abhay and now all that Jay needs to do to get Abhay into the rink is to put Piya into trouble. Jay is aware of Abhay's history and Abhay-Piya's love saga and from day 1 , he was a man with a plan. So, were we right? It was Mission Abhay via route Piya for Jay? …. PHEW! Jay really puts my mind to test but if we are reading him and his doings correctly , then , you gotta hand it over to the hazel-eyed hottie – MASTERPLAN, Dude!
P.P.S – Piya was a DELIGHT when she beat up T right-left-center without getting bitchy. Wow! And can I say that I loved Kabir today in his warm scene with Piya? Such adorable friendship and they both seemed to understand each-other so well at that hour. I felt terrible for Kabir. T , you don't deserve him. Go , jump into your make up box! Misha was so hurt by Kabir's defence of T that I was suddenly reminded why I ship Kabir and Misha. It's a BOND.
