RBO Written Update 4th June 2011: MAHA Episode!

Welcome jee! To the update of the Maha! 😃 So without wasting time (and also because i am in the middle of completing the update)😆 lol here you all go!😃

Odhaniii Rang Raez Piya Mariii Odhniii ------Khanak playing in Dhulwadi -----Kaisay mitay hayay raam dooriyaaan main janooo na jaanay tuuu -----Khanak running and hugging Suraj-----Ohhh Sawayraaayyy Sawayraaayyy sajan rang deyyy ----Khanak and Suraj both running after each other ----meray sung rang day ang rang deyyy Rang Raze Piya Mariii Odhniii-----Khanak and Suraj on a truck, Khanak in her red odhani---- Maari rang badalti odhniiii----Khanak sitting with Shaan on a bench, hugging him (Yes guys this was the title song! I put this in for obvious reasons: a) Because it sets the maahaul for the Maha Episode and b) It shows the journey of a happy go lucky woman from Dhulwadi to Mumbai, the journey beginning with the person she grew up loving and ending with the person she grew to love😳.)

Part 1

The episode begins with Shaan in a traumatic state entering his room realizing what he has just witnessed. His dad bak stabbing him by telling Mehra to dissuade Shaan from music. Shaan recalls how Akshay had told him how he had said Shaan is not in the habit of working hard etc etc leading up to how he heard Mehra talking to Sunil. In his anger he goes up to his cupboard, opens it forcefully and starts throwing all his clothes on the bed. (Whattt!!! He is leaving the house already?!! 😲:O Nooo!! Abhee toh Maha epi shuru huee hain yaar!! 😲Shuru hotay hee end?! *confused*) Khanak comes up to him. She is wearing a very beautiful red suit and looks lovely. (Shaadi isee suit main hogee? :D😕) He throws his glasses/shades on the bed too.Khanak asks him what he is looking for and he has made a mess just looking for one thing. He tells her that he is looking for "himself". Khanak gets upsets and worried. Shaan forcefully says pointing to all the Tshirts that all these clothes, watches (Oh he threw watches too?! Reminds me I need to buy myself a watch) every thing soes not belong to him! Either his dad or his mom have given them to him. Or even if he bought them himself, Dad has paid for the bill. He seems heartbroken. He doesn't deserve anything and nothing is his, he says.

He sits on the bed and holds his head. Khanak comes and sits near him and says all these gifts his family has given him and Shaan says that he realizes everyone has done so much for him which he doesn't deserve. Khanak says that agreed that he doesn't have a right on the presents but he does have a right on their Love! In whomsoever's life Shaan comes their lioves are filled eith love and happiness and its her experience. She smiles and looks at Shaan but Shaan looks at her and is still upset (Okay this is an overdose of Upset Shaan now! I knew I should not have begged the CVs to give me upset Shaan lol! I know I'm such a nashukri lol😆) Khanak holds his face in a loving way and makes him look up. She says that no one better than her knows his worth and he is her hope, her support and her identity. She places her hand on his cheek.. He has given her so much love that even when she thinks about it she feels like crying (Khushee kay aaansoo she means I think lol) and inspite of all of this he says that he doesn't do anything?! Shaan looks at her with love and holds her hand, squeezes it (they both squeeze each other's hands actually lol)😳

Madhvi tells Sunil that he is not doing right by purposely getting Shaan rejected. Sunil says that he is not Shaan's enemy and he realized that when Shaan and Akshay fought things were getting out of control and that's when he realized he had to step in before the brothers relationship becomes sour, just like he and his brother fought in the past and now don't speak to each other. Madhvi says that Shaan and Akshay would not be like Sunil and his brother at which sunil says that a time will come in the future when Akshay gets tired of taking responsibility of Shaan and relationships break. Madhvi tells Sunil to give Shaan time and if Shaan finds out he will feel bad. Sunil says that it's better to be a bad father than an irresponsible father. Madhvi tells him that she hopes that the surprise that Khanak planned does not get ruined.

Part 2

Khanak and Shaan are now standing near the cupboard. Khanak asks him what happened about his meetings and when is the next concert . She smiles broadly. Shaan hesitates and begind to tell her when Khanak's phone rings. She tells him to wait and receives the call. It is her mother (Baii 😲OMG whenever I hear the word Bai I rememeber the Mithai Kumar scene in which Shaan asks Khanak "But why are you scared of a Baii?! LMAO😆) She tells her Bai that she is fine and Shaan is fine and Shaan will soon become a Raak Star! (Rock Star) Shaan looks on as Khanakk continues to talk to her mum and thinks to himself that everyone loves him including Khanak's mother who loves her as his son and he could not give her daughter anything. With him he has put Khanak's responsibility on his dad's shoulder too. (Finally dude it's high time you realized that! Your wife is your responsibility not your dad's!😲) He thinks that this will not continue. From tomorrow it will be a new day, a new horizon and a new life. Just then the sun comes out! (LMAO! How dramatic! So wait! Khanak's surprise is postponed for the next day?Kya yaar! If the Remarriage goes to Monday I might have to kill someone😡!! Rooj!!😆 LOL)

Shaan is picking up all the things strewn across on his bed and putting them in a box (Okay I have a question! If these are the things that he threw on the bed last night then that means that Shanak slept on those things? LMAO! Gosh they are one weird couple! Lol Oh wait!! He is packing to leave the house😲!!) Khair yes so Shaan gets a call from Akshay who tells him that he got some papers that say Shaan surrendered his company shares and will not sign on them since it is a mistake and was just letting Shaan know. Shaan tells Akshay that he has indeed surrendered his shares at which Akshay gets shocked. He apologizes to Shaan and tells him that he is sorry for all that he said in his stress. Shaan says that he did not feel bad at all and now wants to focus on his life saying that the shares were never his, he neither earned them nor bought them and were his only because he was dad's son. Akshay repeatedly apologizes ( and I have yet to see such a beautiful relationship between 2 brothers where one apologizes so sincerely to the other and the other tells him he is not hurt equally sincerely sighhh)👏 and Shaan says that Akshay listens to everything he says so please he should listen to this as well. He does not want the shares The day is capable of buying them he will come to Akshay himself and buy them! Akshay protests (awww) but Shaan buts him out and says "Bhaiyaa---- I Love You!" Akshay has a hurt plus worried plus shocked expression on his face(*beeni cries* Akshay nailed this scene! Shaan nailed it too! Well done Rushad and Karan!)👏😃

Part 3

Shaan takes the box of things (which he was packing before Akshay called) and takes it to Sunil and tells him that these are some things that he has hardly used and he wants to return them to Sunil . (Oh great he still is not leaving the house lol! Weird!😕) Sunil says that he has wasted a lot of money. Shaan agrees that yes he wasted Sunil's money. Sunil is shocked but composes himself and says that after Shaan starts earning he can return them. Sunil gets guilty and asks Shaan if there was any success in the meetings and he can get Shaan in touch with some more music people (yea so that they further discourage the poor guy from getting into music!?! Don't listen to him Shaan it's a TRAP! LOL) Shaan tells Sunil that enough is enough. His voice is full of hurt as he says "App Jeetay" (You won) "Aur Main hara" (I lost) Shaan looks close to crying.😭 He tells Sunil to finish this right here right now. Sunil panics and stammers and asks Shaan want he is implying. Shaan tells him he knows perfectly and confronts him about his rejection doing that so that he leaves hi stubbornness of becoming a singer. Sunil confesses and says that he had no choice even after explaining to him like a father and friend. He gave him everything since childhood so that he need not do have to do anything.

Shaan tells him that he did not feel bad about what Sunil did but infact felt bad about the fact that a father does not trust his son's talent and that he thought he would support him but NO! Sunil is just hell bent on proving that he cannot become a singer (Shaan's voice is cracking here! Will he start crying?😭 ). Sunil says that is not true and just wanted to see Shaan responsible and he did not want Shaan to repeat the mistakes he did in his young days. It was his fault that he could not show Shaan the right way.

Shaan tells him that everyone had made a dream bubble around him from which he could not get out and see rejection and failure. But if he had seen it he would not have had to see this day and become something in life even if it had meant fighting and arguing with his dad. Sunil tells him that it is still not too late and he is there for him. Sunil looks very emotional too. Shaan tells him that it is late. 😭His face is screwed up and it seems he is about to cry anytime now. He says it is late to take help from his father now. Sunil looks down.

Shaan tells Sunil that today even if he takes help from Sunil and become something then in that Win too is his Loss. He cannot stay in the house anymore because as long as he stays in the house he will not be able to so a thing. Hence he has to leave the house! (Okay the cat is out of the bag! Shaan is leaving willingly!Phew I so did not want him to get kicked out! But then the precap friday ka?😕) Sunil is shocked and asks him What? What did he say? Shaan smiles as though it is hurting him and says Yes dad he has to leave!😲

Part 4

Sunil goes ballistic ( as in shocked and worried ballistic not angry lol) and becomes breathless and says to Shaan that he is talking nonsense (OMG what if Sunil gets a heart attack!:O) Shaan looks the other way. Sunil says that agreed he was rong but Shaan is going nowhere. Shaan looks at him understandingly and smiles. He comes closer and holds Sunil's shoulders, then his hands and says he knows that he has done everything for him but now Shaan is doing everything foe himself. Sunil says that he need not leave the house for that.

Shaan cuts him (his voice becomes a whisper wow I am loving this and hating this at the same time but brilliant acting by both here!😃) and he tells Sunil that if he stays in the house he will not be able to do anything and Sunil knows it. If he falls then Sunil will help him out and he will go back to being himself. But this is his fight and he wants to handle it himself (Voice is still a whisper😭) and he will fight till he doesn't become anything in life. (Okay his voice is cracking now and he has pursed his lips)😭 Sunil has tears in his eyes. Shaan holds sunil's shoulders and says that he wants his father to help him in this fight and he will help him right? (Okay now the guys lips are trembling too! Anytime now *criess*)😭 Sunil closes his eyes as tears flow and now finally Shaan has also started to cry as Sunil says that yes he will help Shaan. They hug and cry. (Ps:Shaan's eye lashes look hot when they are wet! *drool*)😍😍

Shanak Remarriage and Shanak leave the Khanadelwal House!!

Khanak has blindfolded Shaan and is taking him to a place. She is wearing a red Sari and is dressed like a bride (Dude!! She looks so beautiful! 😳So pretty! So graceful! I think I am falling for Khanak all over again!😃 Haha me and my phases lol) She is smiling broadly. (I am assuming she knows nothing about Shaan's decision to leave the house lol😆) Anyway Shaan asks her where she has brought him and what is this. She says Serpize (Surprise) and opens his blindfold. He looks at the place decorated with lights and a a beautiful Mandap and a banner that sys Shaan weds Khanak. He looks at Khanak in wonder and she blushes and looks down (She looks Maha cute! Maha pretty! Maha adorable! Maha gorgeous and hre I go again lol)😆 Shaan asks her that there is a Shaadi ka mandap? (Kya yaar what can you see? A honeymoon suite?!😲 Haha Wohh bhee milay ga just hang in there lol)

Khanak tells Shaan that she has done all of this so that she can express to him that even if everyone else leaves him, she will never leave him! 😳That the circumstances in which they got married they were uncertain about their future but today she knows . She takes his hand in hers and says that Shaantanu is hers today and tomorrow. Today in this mandap there will be the Lagan of shaan and Khanak.😳 The relationship that fate had made, today they will make it live forever and ever. Shaan smiles and looks at her with love while Khanak blushes. She says that the difference this time will be that every promise they will take themselves, No pandit, no baraati. (OMG Why cannot I stop staring at her lips! If I was a guy----urgh lets leave it at that! lol) she blushes and then looks down and says "Bus aap aur main" (Just You and I) Shaan smiles (and dude his lips look inviting too lol)😆

Shaan and Khanak have garlands in their hands (Nahiii the shaadi started?!! I wanted Shaan to change into a white kurta! *pouts* hmph!) Wedding music plays in the back ground. Khanak places the garland around Shaan's neck first. Shaan bends a little lol. (Damn Khanak's waist!! Okay I can't be blamed alright! This female is hot!) He then places the garland around her neck. (Kya yaar Shaan is depressed like last time! Hmph!) Shaan holds Khanak's hand tightly and says that he promises (First vow?) that that he will always be with her. Khanak places her hand on his, smiles and says that she will always remain 2 steps behind him (sighhh this wedding is turning out to be beautiful already)😃

Shaan and Khanak begin their rounds "Pheraas". Shaan with a lot of authority begins the pheras holding Khanak's hand ( as though he does it everyday lol) They complete the 1^st phera and Shaan stops and takes his second vow saying that No matter what circumstances they have to face, his love, respect will never lessen. They begin the 2^nd phera and on it's completion Shaan looks directly into Khanak's eyes and takes the third vow; that after today every decision that he takes will be for her, will be for them (heart wrenching vow *cries*)😭

They begin the 3^rd phera and on its completion Khanak comes in front of Shaan and takes the 4^thvow saying that if any problem comes, then it will have to pass by her first. They begin the 4^th phera. At the 5^th phera Shaan takes the 5^th vow.; that whatever mistakes he has done in the past he will not repeat them. Khanak smiles.

At the 6^th phera, Shaan takes the 6^th vow saying that no matter if he is able to give her anything or not but his love for her will not lessen. Every breath of his will have her name on it. Khanak takes the 7^th vow saying that they will always be together (Hain? Where is the 7^th phera? :O) They hug. (Khanak hugs first and Shaan responds lol)😆

Shaan tells Khanak that he has decided to leave the house! Khanak is shocked plus sad.

Shanak come in their room and shaan makes Khanak sit on the bed. He removes her ghoonghat. she blushes, he smiles. He kisses her on the cheek. She blushes even more. He kisses her on the forehead she blushes even more. He kisses her on the lips and now i can't see whether she is blushing or not. She hugs him, he hugs her and they fall asleep in each other's arms! (LMAO 🤣okay i made this paragraph up myself🤣 but don't blame me okay! I wanted an SR after the shaadi too LMAO! Sorry guys but yea i was dreaming of SR after remarriage not "the next morning" lol!)🤣

Part 6

Sunil is in the living room and Madhvi comes rushing and tells asks him why he has called them. Akshay tells tehm about Shaan's weird behavior. Madhvi says that all this is is Sunil's mistake. Sunil agrees but he says that first time Shaan has taken a decision and they should support him for it's own good. Akshay protests but Sunil says that shaan will have to leave if he has to make his own identity. Sunil asks that what do they think it will be easy for him to live without his son? But this is right for him to leave the house and carry his own responsibilities. It is a tough decision but they have to take it.Shaan will have to leave the house.

Shaan and Khanak come down the stairs the next day? And Madhvi asks then that what is this?! They are leaving the house? Shaan confirms. Madhvi tells them no and says that she wont listen to anything he says. She says he can do anything he wants in the house! Akshay says that he will----- and Shaan cuts him an says that he knows that he will open a music company blah blah and he still wants to protect him so that he does not have to go through trouble and that Khanak is right that they have spoilt him (LMAO you think?!) Shaan tells Akshay that you know what he will have to go today. So that after a few years he can proudly say that whatever he has done he has done himself. Akshay smiles.

Shaan then goes to his mom and asks her if she really thinks he is wring. Madhvi looks away angry. Shaan says that he is only leaving the house not breaking relationships and they wont be happy without her.😭They will come back but need some time to make an identity. And after that they will come back to their loved ones. Khanak tells everyone not to worry about Shaan and she will take care of him.😳 Khanak sees madhvi upset and tells her that a person can break all relationships but not with his mother.Khanak starts crying and so does Madhvi. Khanak says that Shaan's heart will always be with his mother and won't she give him her blessings?😭 Shaan smiles and there is a lump in his throat.

Madhvi comes up to Shaan and says that he is very stubborn at which Shaan snorts with laughter. She says that even Khanak is exactly like him. Khanak cries from a distance. Madhvi tells him to leave but tomorrow. She asks himt o spend tonight with them. Shaan looks at Khanak and then says Ofcourse he will but on the condition that Mom makes him his faavourite pasta! (Oye!! Pasta kee aadat muth daalo! Pata nahi ub khaanay ko milay ga bhee ya nahi! LOL) Khanak and Shaan look at each other and give each other pained smiles.😭

Part 7

Shaan and Khanak come down with their bag. Madhvi tells Shaan that he had said he would not leave today!! (Aray i was only kidding about the pasta!! LMAO! Eat it and go yaar!)😆 Shaan holds her hand and tells her that if he stops today then he will never be able to leave. Madhvi and Khusboo start crying. Khanak says that everyone gave her a lot of love and she got a mother like mother in law, a dad, a brother like in law and a friend like Chetaani. Everyone is upset😭. Khanak says that she feels she is bidaaing from her Maika. She is crying miserably😭

Madhvi cries and tells Shaan not to go. Shaan has tears too.😭 He still smiles and says that they will come back na he promises.Khusboo is now howling lol. Akshay tells Shaan to take care and gives him some money which Shaan returns saying that he is starting his life and he wants everything to be his. Shaan and Akshay hug (and the sad Odhani songs plays) Kush muskuraahatay kaheeen toot kar gireee hainn (Some smiles have broken and fallen somewhere). Every one hugs each other. Shaan takes Khushboo's blessings (LOL the guy is trying to lighten the mood haha😆) while everyone cries. Khanak cries the most. Shanak hold each other's hand and approach the door and open it. Sunil places an arm on shaan's shoulder and Shaan looks at him closely. He recalls all the fun times he had in the house and his eyes are blood shot with crying😭. (Sad odhani song is still playing) Khanak recalls too all the fin times she had with family. Saanson kee bhee umar bhee ub pal doh pal kee bachee hainn. Shanak hold hands again and step out of the house. They look back as the Khandelwal family cries😭

B I loved it I till cant believe you even type out the opening title sequence you joker but you are right it emphasises khanaks journey, and like always loved your running commentary and I too felt there was an overdose of upset shaan missed his smile but hopefully will get to see that more. And lmao b why does your thoughts go straight to te honeymoon suite lmao- khanak did look really pretty. It was overall a brilliant maha epi very emotional x love you for doing this
