Isn't that a coincidence. Even I had not any single episode of Geet till July. Then one Saturday i was ill and had to take complete bed rest. As i was doing nothing I surfed the channels and came across a re-run (They call it omnibus) of the entire week's episodes. They were showing the outhouse scenes and I was drawn to MSK's character and The actor's expressions. Believe me I did not even know his name at that time having never seen him in any serial before.
I think I watched it for about 2 Saturday's and then again forgot about the serial as I got involved in daily routines.
Then in November i think I saw again the hospital sequence and fell in love with the serial and GC/DD. But by then I had missed so much that I found it confusing. I was never much of a visitor on IF, but I was determined to watch the serial from the beginning to catch up with lost episodes. Time was however a major constraint.
Then in dec I got the opportunity. I had to go abroad to be with my neice who was studying there, and not having any cable facility and a lot of free time on my hands, I decided to catch up with GHSP.
From that time onwards I have fallen in love with GHSP hook line and sinker. Not to mention I have become hooked to the forum also. Now not one day passes when I don't watch the show, and I can't stay away from the forum also.
I know its the height of addiction and so far no TV show has got me hooked so badly. But I was completely bowled over by this show. I think what I liked the most was that it is a sweet innocent love story, with no evil MIL, SIL etc. Even if they show misunderstandings or trouble between the lead, such MUs are not dragged on and on and are ended soon, with love blossoming and thriving even more. (Here credit should also be given to the creative team of the show).As for GC & DD what to say. They are the main reason I watch it. I have yet to see such a superb lead pair. They are extremely talented actors and have always lived upto our expectations. They are a truly made-for-each-other on-screen pair.
So dear u are not the only one who got hooked to the show later in the year. But one thing I can say once we get hooked on to it we can never let go of it.
