Such beautiful posts 😲👏😭😳🤗 felt all of those feelings while reading on. It was great reading your mohabbat for KMH2, Arjuhi and KK, and ML 😳. thanks for the sweet words some of you wrote for me, dont even know if I deserve all that . I have the deepest of the affections for you all and will never be able to forget this journey with you and kmh2. At ML I met the most amazing people, most sweet people and above all people who are sensible and sensitive and know how to spread and share the mohabbat. Like Anjali said this has defo raised my positive attitude up a notch 👍🏼. ML is ML because of all of you 🤗. If it werent there? then we would have had something else but for us the truth remains we had a commont platform to share and we got it on time before it was too late and for that kudos and jhappis to all of you involved in forming the Mohabbat Lounge. And soon we were not alone and we were joined by the bestest of the writers and admirers of KMH and it grew into this big family now and kudos to all of you who kept it afloat and made it more and more likable ⭐️ I cannot imagine ML without any one of you. Want to share my experience with KMH with you all 😳.
My journey with KMH started a year ago, I was this passive viewer for tv shows, used to just watch some episodes of some shows randomly and when a track went downhill I stopped watching it, in that course I came to know that a new show 'pratigya' had started and the concept was how a girl bravely faces the gundas, I thot it was interesting and was watching that and when I din watch wld go to that forum to read updates, while browsing in that forum I came across a thread where pooja gor had written, and everyone was questioning her if she was real and they asked her proof , she said she is real and that she had acted in couple of shows earlier and one role was purvi in Kitni Mohabbat Hai, something rang a bell in me that I did come across an article in IF home page long before that , that 'hiten tejwani enters KMH' , I thot let me take a look as to how pooja gor performed in kmh and went to u tube and typed purvi and purvi salil scenes came up, after watching a couple of them I took notice of the title song that was listed next to the vids and clicked on it , and you know like they say rest is history 😳. I was impressed with the video then clicked on another that was listed and the names 'Arjun and Arohi ' impressed me much more, then the acting, the dialouges , the concept the flow , it is hard to explain that , I completely stopped watching pratigya or any other show , and got hooked onto KMH, this show was different it touched my heart, all I could think of was kmh and arjuhi. I became a fan of Arjun , and his acting. Then I came to know their names and got to know they are a couple and watched their sbs , now they impressed me even more . It was arnd april or may , I came to know about ZND and then started watching it and became a regular visitor to ZND forum, that is when I noticed KK lounge. and in second one I think I finally entered , towards the end of the show actually, and I wrote 'der se sahi can I join too' , and shibz was the first one to welcome me with 'yeah beta ' 😆😳 after a couple of posts I said that I had to pick up my son from the summer camp and left. I had no idea that kids as young as 13 or 15 will be the users of IF and I kept conversing like everyone is of my own age 😆. I was not so active in ZND forum and I lost track of KK lounges after it reached 3rd or 4th level. but started posting in kmh1 forum, and slowly got aquainted with shibz and sometimes olly and anjali would talk. aanchi (who was 'blossom' then) , sanju , pranii and tanu were not posting so often in kmh1 forum so I din interact with them that much initially. then I joined fb just for the K-pages and when the sufi version of the title track was released we demanded for another one and we got 'tere sason ki ..' 👏 , and this time everyone was happy, there were polls on whether the promos were good, there was panic upon the news that kmh2 will be comedy or bunty bubli style , and when first promo hit we sighed in relief and fell in love with those 3 cutest promos.
Around that time there was this particular thread which was meant to clebrate the return of kmh but instead all we could see was that the actors, makers and the concept was being made fun of, and many of us were not happy about it . that is when I wrote in another thread, on 12th october that 'after seeing the promo of what it may be like in kmh2 (not the kmh promos) I say we will have our own discussion thread and plan accordingly , name etc. when kmh2 starts. ' and shibz replied immediately quoting this saying 'same thots' , that is how the thought of having a our own discussion thread in kmh2 started . During that course tanu, pranii, sanju, anchi, anjali , me, shibz,olly became more aquainted and shared similar thoughts. When kmh2 forum started we didnot act on our idea immediatley , we went along with the flow for sometime, and soon realised that the existing thread and us were not in the same boat , and most of the posts made there hurt us very badly, lot of us were frustrated and were standing up to KMH2 and KK and Arjuhi , In that meantime Pranii sent a pm on 9th nov saying we have to open a topic where we can post suggestions and appreciation but she also feared that it might turn into bashing zone and hence wanted to do it on fb directly to the technical team. I thought it was time to act on what me and shibz had thought and suggested that 'it is not necessary that there should be only one discussion thread in the forum and we can have our own thread something with the name 'lounge de kmh' where we can give our feedbacks, only this one will be less offensive' , but that time not everyone was ready - the time was not yet ripe and the group of us , shibz, anchi, pranii, sanju, olly , anjali , tanu, me felt that it might look like a war or competition and it was not implemented. I still had that stirring in me and sent a pm to shini requesting her to open a episode discussion thread in the, that time she was monitoring the forum, and she opened a weekly discussion thread. Unfortunately it went only upto 3 pgs for the whole week and it got closed and was not reopened again, I again sent a pm requesting to open the same thread , but it was not opened.
Tanu and pranii wanted to go ahead and give feedbacks on fb directly and opened discussion thread on kmh2 fb page 👏, so we started writing takes for the episodes there. For the club scene episode , we found someone posting in an offensive way and that is when the rules (first 4 u see in main post) were written 😆 no bashing the actor or character and 5th rule was 'if you dont love the show stay away ' 😆 that we removed here. but it stopped the offensive posts on fb discussion board . We did give critical feedback, we did not appreciate whatever they showed, we pointed out technical flaws and asked them to stick to the character sketch. You shld see how me and shibz bashed the CVs there for that epi. 😆.
Coming back to IF by now we started opening separate topics to give feedbacks, and arnd that time I came across Nisha's thread where she described Arjun's heart to be a bud waiting to be watered with love to bloom, I was so happy to read that, reading a positive feedback about the show from a new person was so refreshing, and we shared our views there also, me and shibz again started to think of opening a thread for discussion , may be a weekly one or so , and she also suggested we can all write in nisha's thread we were sharing pms on how it should be done. pooja was also writing in the other discussion thread standing up to kmh and arjuhi and kk 👍🏼. That reminds me to say abt Shibz's posts earlier there which were like punches in that thread 👏👏.
Around that time shibz sent a pm again on 26th november confirming we go ahead with the thread we were planning on, as an analysis and discussion thread and this time everyone was on board , and pooja and pranii had a similar discussion. We all as a group were ready this time . Finally it took shape. pooja took mods permission 👏 and we all discussed on how it should be labelled and shibz formatted the opening post 👏 and opened the first discussion thread on 29th november 👏👏 and after a few threads sanju reminded us that we should name our thread and we got one. Later on tanu, nisha and pooja had a convo abt having a fb fan page for ML 👏 and it was created. If it were not for all of us who agreed unanimously to form a discussion thread, ML wouldnot be here. But I strongly believe , going by the frustation that was happening during those so called 'golden days' and with some of the brilliant people in the forum it was just a matter of time for someone to come up with a similar thread, afterall all kmhians think alike 😳👍🏼.
Coming to ML vasiyon what can I say about you , you guys rock 👏👏.
